Today, the Delhi High Court has given a go - ahead to the release of the John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur starrer Batla House. The movie is now going to be released on the pre - planned date which is August 15, 2019. Moreover, the makers of the movie have also agreed to make some modifications in it. They have also agreed to delete some objectionable scenes from the movie and put certain disclaimers in it. 

John Abraham recently took to his Instagram handle and showed his gratitude towards the Delhi High Court for its favourable decision regarding the movie's release. John writes, "The makers of Batla House are overwhelmed and grateful to the Delhi High Court and its esteemed officers for viewing the sundry petitions against our film, in favour of releasing the film as planned and unhindered on August 15, 2019, Independence Day." John further writes, "The makers are grateful to all the partners of Batla House for their cooperation and support during this time." Talking about Batla House, the movie stars John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. The movie has been directed by Nikhil Advani and is produced by John Abraham, Bhushan Kumar and Divya Khosla Kumar. The action - thriller movie is going to be released this friday on August 15, 2019.
