Deepika Padukone's Nest for Sale
Sometime last year I think, we all heard that Deepika Padukone bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai, worth Rs. 16 crore followed by a rumour that her then-current-boyfriend, Siddharth Mallya gifted the property to her. Break up with who seemed like the love of her life, Ranbir Kapoor definitely took a toll on her (as she expressed in various interviews) and then with Mallya Jr for reasons that are not confirmed. One rumour was that Deepika wanted Siddharth to acknowledge her in public as his girlfriend and the other rumour was that Siddharth was upset at her for working with ex-boyfriend Ranbir in films again. I really liked her chemistry with Ranbir but here's wishing her a speedy move onto better things in life.

there was never an affair.it was business deal with deepika to bring Sid malya in limelight.And in return she got Apartment instead of cash money(which can be taxed, aprtment on other hand was given as gift).

Deepika's family is rooted to Bangalore (and that's where she first met Sid when they were both kids). It's no surprise that they will cheer for their home team. Their daughter/sister breaking up with Sid shouldn't affect their love and spirit for their hometown cricket team.
As for their relationship, they've broken up and Sid has affirmed it one of his interviews. Deepika too, passively have confirmed it. Before they were seen together all the time at every event. Now they don't come face to face.

Guys, I'm sure Deepika has raked in enough money to buy a grand place for herself after charging 2-3 crores per film and innumerable endorsements.
Deepika seems like a very nice girl but she's not smart about who she dates. She has the tendency to fall for big time jerks. I feel bad for her. Hope she finds a guy who actually treats her with respect and loves her back.

She is desperate for money, she is not going to sell her home to move on, she got this for her service and now sid wants back his money.
