Kangana Ranaut has signed to play the role of Tamil Nadu's former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in an upcoming biopic. Titled as Thalaivi in Tamil and Jaya in Hindi, the biopic will be made in two languages. The film will portray the journey of the late political leader and Kangana will undertake intense preparations to get into the skin of the character before she starts shooting for the film. The Manikarnika actress revealed that she will take Tamil lessons before the project goes on floors.
Speaking about her preparations, Kangana said, "The scenes will be in Tamil, and I will learn the language to understand the character better and feel closer to her. I will begin my language classes once I honour my commitments to Panga and Mental Hai Kya,". She further added that she finds similarities between Jayalalithaa's journey and her own. She said, "I see parallels with my own journey in hers, but her success story is much bigger than mine. In the first narration itself, I could see myself doing the part because it came naturally to me. I could have gone ahead with my own biopic, but this was much more enticing."

According to reports, Vidya Balan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were also considered for the role, but eventually, Kangana was finalized for the part. Rumours are that Kangana will be paid a whopping amount of Rs 24 crores for this project which makes her the highest paid Bollywood actress for a South film, but makers have not confirmed this speculation yet. The biopic will be directed by A. L. Vijay and is written by KV Vijayendra Prasad. Kangana appeared in few South films during her early days and said that regional films have always interested her. She also added that she was looking for the right script and grabbed the opportunity as soon as it appeared in front of her.

When picking out articles to read, don't waste your time with empty
content. There are good quality courses also in industry.
In other words a quality website is first and foremost.
For this to work, 'word' your links truthfully.

Nithya Menen even resembles JJ. I wonder why on earth anyone would try to cast a non-tamil speaking actor for a tamil woman.. Ridiculous idea on the makers part and sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

It is so disrespectful to those really talented and beautiful Tamil actresses and to Jayalalitha herself that the makers go find a Bollywood star to essay this role. What is the logic ? Saleability ? They shouldn’t get their box office information from her PR and fans. Get real. She couldn’t pull off Rani Laxmibai in box office to the glory it deserved. Kangana really is the queen of fakery that’s all.

Despite being sidelined by bollywood gangs and countless enemies, she is still getting lucrative offer one after another which is quite impressive. Whereas Deepika, Anushka, Priyanka are not getting significant offers in their hand.

Hope she does not come with annoying accent like deepika in CE.
