The categories are "BEST" film, actor etc and that means the best should be nominated in each category and ideally, the best person should win. I, also, think it's pathetic you have to post your comment twice. I think maybe people like you are organising these awards ceremonies - shunning good films like I Am. Even the critics loved it - it didn't get it's due at the box office but that doesn't mean a good film with fine performances should not get nominated at awards ceremonies.it's not all about commercial success. good work should be recognised in any form - if the national awards' (probably one of few credible awards ceremonies left) jury can recognise films like I Am, then why not the iifa awards?
