Priyanka Chopra is a bonafide actress, singer, producer and philanthropist who is adored and loved by millions of fans. The actress' influence over the world has increased three-fold post her stint as Alex Parrish in the American crime-drama Quantico. It came as no surprise that the actress was honoured by Time Magazine as an honouree in the 100 Most Influential People's list in 2017. In 2018, PeeCee has found a spot in yet another prestigious list - People's 25 Women Changing the World 2018.

Since becoming Miss World in 2000, Priyanka has been inspired to make a difference in the world. "I realized I had a position of power and I could associate myself with causes I really believed in," the actress shared. The Sky is Pink star has worked with UNICEF as a global Goodwill Ambassador and had recently visited Bangladesh to spread the message of children's education. "The field trips are the most special because you meet incredible kids and survivors. That has been one of my joyous moments, being able to help advocate children’s rights and children’s welfare around the world."

I’m in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh today for a field visit with UNICEF, to one of the largest refugee camps in the world. In the second half of 2017, the world saw horrific images of ethnic cleansing from the Rakhine State of Myanmar(Burma). This violence drove nearly 700,000 Rohingya across the border into Bangladesh - 60% are children! Many months later they are still highly vulnerable, living in overcrowded camps with no idea when or where they will ever belong...even worse, when they will get their next meal. they finally start to settle and feel a sense of safety, monsoon season looms...threatening to destroy all that they’ve built so far. This is an entire generation of children that have no future in sight. Through their smiles I could see the vacancy in their eyes. These children are at the forefront of this humanitarian crisis, and they desperately need our help. The world needs to care. We need to care. These kids are our future. "That moved me so much in being able to go to places where these kids have no voice or no one listening to them, and actually shedding light on that. Working with these brave children around the world, the one thing that has changed in me is I do not take my life for granted," Priyanka added.

Congratulations to PeeCee!

Along with Priyanka, other honourees in the list include actress Sophia Bush, Sarah Ullman (filmmaker) and Lena White (Advocate for LGBT Community).

The only thing I have seen her change over the years is her nose.

so she has surpassed ash in terms of global accomplishments now&bagged a pardesi boy in the process as well.

Wow, she sure has guts to buy this award ... She is so full of herself.. She has not done didly for anyone

Come on guys.. a Indian is on the list.. it's a proud moment for the country.. we need to hate less and do more .. at least she is doing something which is more than us sitting here and commenting are doing!

Come on, she herself desperately tries to become an American. All her behavior last months for getting a green card. Can't be proud on such a fake woman! Sorry!

On the point! Thx

What a joke seriously what did she do other than taking selfies fob ass

You ain’t no Gandhi or Mother Teresa PC!

All the haters "Rest in peace"!

Bought again as usual. What has she changed except the former happy life of this poor American boy?
