Priyanka Chopra replaces Katrina Kaif opposite Ranveer Singh & Arjun Kapoor in Gunday
We have some good news for you PC fans. Your favourite will star opposite Ranveer Singh & Arjun Kapoor as the leading lady for GUNDAY. Unfortunately, there's some bad news too - The role in Sher Khan for which Priyanka Chopra was approached didn’t shape up well enough. So it was removed from the script.

i dnt understand how katrina got d tag of most beloved indian actress.....really strange......so many people r der who hte her...............like helll.....nd if dis happened also in reality dat people actually voted katrina most loving actress nd no doubt in dat.......indians love to watch actresses nly dancing,singing and standing only in just name of actressss. people dnt xpect anythng from katrina......she is just in bollywood to put lots of makeup to made her luk pretty.....nd all success of movie is bcz of director producer heroes but katrina also gets d credit so people thnk she is lucky charm.....nothing lyk lucky charm in dis world.....its all d type of movie.....gud directors mostly make hero oriented movies so dey cast katrina .....wer she had to do nothing....den movie work out and katrina reaches on nineth cloud....i really feeel y actresses act .....gud actresses r never much loved by audience its better to nly b a glam doll like katrina ......see her she is talentless but still she is in demand....kareena nd vidya is mad to work in movies....dey shud learn frm katrina.....dnt act nly luk glamarous and prettty by makeup nd u wll b d most fav actress of all nation......nd if katrina stareted to act miracally den also wats in dat.......people learn a new language in just a year nd she til nw is learning hindi....lol....nd people says she is hard working just bcz she know nothing so watever she do on screen she has to work so hard for dat......so dat she cn atleast bcm tolerable in her scenes by luking pretty......indian people r just crazy behind katrina.....wats special in her........nothing...nor she is amazingly gorgeous nor talented.....wat d hell she has.....d nly luck factor.......
thank god we r saved from katrina's horrific presence in the movie... director has the said the role requires an actor (who can act good) and hence katrina was thrown out.. And wat she gonna do in Knight & day - just ride on hrithiks bike and nothing else (ohh my god - cameroon diaz might kill herself if she watches it by mistake)..LOL.. somebody better throw her out of india and get better foreign actors (doesnt matter wat origin)

Are you serious?? She was not "approached" for this role. it was she who was running after Salman Khan with her shady night meetings. Poor girl.. all that night effort went in vain.. LOL

She has 5 movies next year.

----------------------Arjun is katrina's rakhi brother and she had date issue so she left this project. And kareena has no need to running after sher khan, first it was two heroine project and now its only one actress and that is Angela johanson. priyaka tried but failed.

Lol Your comment makes Kat look smart all she want something easy and not challenging .
The movie actualy went to pc bcoz its strong character which needs a powerful acting. I have seen pc with arjun and ranvir in past and I must say she looks better than pari with them. As far as this news is concerned, its yrf PR who has revealed the news like this not pc.. Pc spokeperson has actualy said this news wrong. So stop blaming pc for any possible reasons.
Personally i think its a bad choice... Not only cuz she is a few years older to both of them, also cuz she has been on screen for wayyy longer than the 2 guys... So she would seem really old (older than she actually is, in front of the new comers) --- same happened with Kareena & Shahid in the beginning, took them ages to be a couple in a hit film, after giving a lot of flops as a film couple. (cuz Shahid came way after Kareena, so she seemed older which she wasn't)
Ali Zafar should get his account verified then - PC is 90% confirmed so we're just waiting for YRF to make an announcement.

I think its because Katrina has always said that Arjun is like a brother to her, so it would be really awkward..also come on, at least we get to see some really good acting in ali abbas second film..I still think Mere Brother Ki Dulhan would have been enjoyable had it had Anuskha Sharma in it, instead of Katrina Kaif who gave us an overdose of loose emotions!
