After the death of the superstar, many rumours have been spreading and rightly so as various people wanted their share of his property as well as people wondering what will happen to this million dollar home. Rajesh Khanna had apparently penned his "Will" just a few before his death, left estranged wife Dimple Kapadaia out of it and did not give her a penny. Instead, he left everything to his two daughters (Twinkle and Rinke) which consists of his property, liquidity investments, and bank account.
Now all the rumours can be put to rest (Anita Advani) and perhaps, the daughters will be respectful of their father's last wish (museum).

Y the hell people writing crap about shilpa. jus so because she is open n happy in her marriage. y not rani mukherjee who is holding to aditya for his fortune or twinkle who married akshay for his money when her career was non existent. n looks like the woman anita who stayed with rajesh for 33 yrs was nothing just because she wasnt married to him n society tends to frown upon such relationships. i think the whole kapadia n kumar ganged up on poor rajesh khanna.
She accused him of rape!!!!! And still stayed with him. Why didn't she take him to court over rape charges? How truly disgusting can a woman be over money? He must have done atleast one good karma in his life to give it all to his daughters in his will. Both women don't deserve a single penny. One ditched him after he gave her kids the other charged him of rape and sent a legal notice to him in his lifetime.

Dont praise Dimple , she left him when he was on his peak of downfall and very depressed, Dimple was the one who did not gave divorce to him, she knew his assets from long and all the pleasure she was getting from sunny deol..so she did not want a so called'husband'

Obviously Dimple requested him to leave all the money to his kids and didn't want any portion of it. She knew that with all these other women hanging around in his life, this would be the best way forward. The truth is that they are actually married legally, not divorced, but she still did this to save their family honour. Rajesh Khanna was such a philanderer, it was really not fair to Dimple. What a graceful lady. She has also raised two graceful daughters and I am sure their mother means the world to both Twinkle and Rinkie. But unfortunate set of names for all three women though, I must say!!
Good decision by RK....girls are very close to thier mom and share good relationship . Dimple does'nt need his money , she still working and earing her living hood.

Giving his daughters everything will mean the whole world to Dimple because children are the world to parents. That is a very demeaning statement to Dimple, but of course these days we are free to say anything.
RK did the right thing! His wife was estranged and he wasn't remarried! His daughters rightfully inherit it all. It is their Birthright. Hope they move in and make that house a home and not some haunted museum. His soul would rest in peace. Finally a closure to the media circus on the many women in his life.

Sad for Dimple but if there's a comment said by somebody here which states he wrote that in the presence of Dimple,maybe they had a long chat or something. But i guess,apart from that,that is legit to entrust all the property and stuff to the kids. Even my mother tolds me to do that whenever i'll make a family someday.

Well said! It's demeaning to say 'she didn't get a penny' for Dimple who we all saw show alot of compassion towards her husband (estranged or not), and was by his side till his death. She doesn't come across as someone greedy anyway and is pretty well off herself so I'm sure she's more than happy to see her daughters inherit his wealth.

I read somewhere that he signed his will in front of everyone including Dimple, his daughters and his doctor. May be we should give due respect to Dimple and not to use such term as "did not give her a penny" .
