All of Shah Rukh Khan’s are eagerly waiting for the actor to announce his next film because never has it happened that Shah Rukh Khan has been off the radar for so long. Post the debacle of Anand L.Rai’s Zero co-starring Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, SRK decided to take some time off and spend as much time with his family. From traveling for a family vacay to Maldives to jetting off to London to attend Suhana’s graduation ceremony, SRK is being the perfect daddy to his children.

Now yesterday, Shah Rukh Khan organised an #AskSRK session on Twitter and as expected, the actor was bombarded with hundreds of questions, and amongst all the questions, one question asked by a fan that caught our attention was whether or not SRK has signed Dhoom 4 because for the longest time, it is being reported that SRK will be seen in the fourth instalment of the film but sadly, SRK dismissed all such rumours. The fan wrote, “Sir suna hai aap Dhoom 4 kar rahe ho, kya ye sach hai #AskSRK (I have heard that you are doing Dhoom 4, is that true?).” Knowing SRK and his sense of wit and humour, the superstar said, “Maine bhi suna hai. Tumhein kuch aur khabar mile toh dena.”

Although it was being reported that SRK has signed a film with Ali Abbas Zafar but SRK was quick to rubbish all such rumours as he cleared the air on twitter and wrote, "It’s always nice to know that in my absence & behind my back , I have surreptitiously signed so many films that even I am not aware of!! Boys & girls I do a film when I say I am doing it....otherwise it’s just post truth...” A few days back, at the launch of Ted India, SRK finally revealed that he is currently reading 2-3 scripts and within a month or two, he will announce his next project.

Did an all up my library. A bit shabby & smelling of books, dust and happiness...

Sharukh ki ise baar dhoom hi macha deghe

He should do an out and out action movie with a good storyline and a tight and fast-paced script. Franchise films and sequels will not be of much help unless they are backed by interesting scripts and smart execution. Hope he chooses wisely this time.

I sure hope he does it. Need to see him to an action role with a fresh beauty or Aishwarya Rai. They would be magical.
