Sonakshi-Too old for Shahid and Ranbir ?
She's not actually older than them but people think that she looks older than them. Apparently, Sonakshi turned down Vettai's remake with Shahid upon hearing that Shahid joked about Sonakshi looking older than him. Feeling hurt, she turned down the offer. I think that styling herself in a different manner would actually make her look quite young and she already has this "innocent" look which works to her benefit. After all, she is working opposite Imran Khan in the sequel of Once Upon A Time in Mumbai.

Ya but if sonakshi looks more matue than her contemporary actors who look young and teenager-ish, then dont you think her mature looks and personality balance their teenager, peppy looks and personality?? That way they will benefit from getting paire opp sonakshi.
But ya she does need to lose some weight, not a lot and become size 0...but she just needs to lose some weight and be a healthy size. Like her arms are just huge. She should work on them for sure.

yah, she somehow looks mature not old.. I don't think Shahid said something like that on Sonakshi, but if so that doesn't give him the freedom to give comment on other actors as if he doesn't look like a teenager !

common shahid didnt say she is old but said she would look older than her becoz he has boyish face and soan has traditional indian face with full grown body.the couple would really look odd actually.
I remember rakesh roshan didnt signed aishwarya with rhritik roshan in onE of his movie and said to media that ash look much older than hritik,but later on ash did two movies,Dhoom and jodha akbar with him.And their on -screen chemistry was awsome.

Shahid's face looks really old now due to sagging cheeks and hollow areas under the eyes, he look late 30s in candid photos without flash and airbrushing. Plus you can always see a lot of foundation on his face in many candid photos.

Why do people always assume when some unnamed someone says "so and so said something" it is true? Why would Shahid say that to someone who would tell the media - even if he thought it? Plus even if he did say something like that maybe it was intended to be self deprecating (if it was a joke) and that he appears child like (probably not great considering the industries love of 40 year old heroes) rather than an insult to her. It bothers me when everyone assumes the worst with no proof.
Shahid looks like a midget with huge biceps. How tall is he 5'1"?? How about he try and look his age instead of making comments about his co-stars. And you know what - all the actresses are either older looking than him or taller than him. hahaha.
Sonakshi is beautiful. She has a matured Indian look but definitely not older than shahid and ranbir. Shahid has a habit of talking rubbish so I'm guessing this came out when she refused to do the movie with him!

Ranbir doesn't have a boyish look and is also tall. I wonder if Sonakshi would have taken offence if Shahid had been a big star like Ranbir.

yea, tall girls always look older than they are...look at deepika, she looks 35, sonam also looks older than she is. But the petite girls look young like amrita rao, genelia , etc.
With the right styling she could work well with either guy. If she toned up some and lost some weight she'd look younger. She'd look best with the taller guys like Akshay or Abhishek.
Shahid needs to be more respectful since Sonakshi may be getting more work than he does any day now - maybe even today ;)

I wonder if this is just gossip? I mean they say Ranbir does not say she looks older, but feels so. How on earth do you know what he is feeling????? Besides, Randbir and Imran have acted with Katrina, so not sure why all this. Plus Sonakshi is busy acting with all the top heoes-Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Dabaang 2 with Salman-maybe she is just busy and said no, because she didn't have the dates??
