Telugu director Kodi Ramakrishna under critical condition, kept on the ventilator

Film-maker Kodi Ramakrishna, who has directed several Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi films is currently under critical condition. The film-maker has been hospitalized at AIG Hospital in Gachibowli, Hyderabad after he complained of breathlessness. Kodi Ramakrishna has been kept in the Intensive Care Unit with life supporting system under the continuous treatment of a physician, cardiologist, anesthesiologist and a neurologist.

The team of doctors is looking after Kodi Ramakrishna's health. The director had earlier suffered a heart attack and paralytic attack but got recovered soon. Well-wishers have already been sending out get well soon messages for the director on the social media. One of the prolific film directors in Telugu, Kodi Ramakrishna has directed a wide range of films in a variety of genres. Muddula Menalludu, Sathruvu, Ammoru and Arundhati are some of the best films by the director.

Arundhati, which had released in 2009 won ten state Nandi Awards, and two Filmfare Awards South, and that's not all, it also went on to become the second highest grossing Telugu film for that year. 

Kodi Ramakrishna is from Palakollu in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. His career in the Indian cinema industry spans more than 30 years.
