A Tribute to Divya Bharti
Divya Bharti, a young, talented actress who was at the peak of her career and had several hits behind her, suddenly died. It remains one of Bollywoo'd unsolved mysteries. We cannot tell whether it was an accident or a murder. However, to celebrate her as an actress, there will be a film made on her. Neeta Lulla who's a well-known designer was Divya's designer at the time and the last person to have met her minutes before the unfortunate incident. Her character will be played by Tatiana Tsapikidou, a Greek actress and Sajid Nadiadwala's (Divya's husband) will be played by Vije Bhatia. Their intention is not to sensationalize her story but rather pay a tribute to her.

Interesting idea to make a tribute movie but since there is no real concensus on what happened the night of her death, I wonder whose version of the events will be in the film? Or will they just skip that part altogether?
Anyway if we are putting in votes for who should play her (based on resemblance) than I would say Shenaz Treasurywala kind of resembles her. I disagree about Anushka Sharma looking like her because if they want to get someone who resembles, they should go for someone with a round face, big cheeks, and big eyes. And of course they would have to make her hair BIG as well!

I blame Neeta for her death....coz neeta said that she was drunk and fell down while divya's parents tells us that she was never drunk...she didnt smoke or anything like that...

Divya was a gr8 actress.Just luved all her films.Whether it was Deewana,Shola aur Shabnam,or Dil Ka Kasoor she had a very subtle way of acting and showed a lot of maturity and depth in her portrayls at a very young age,which is an extremely difficult task.She was also on the verge of being a superstar because in the year of her death she had several films signed up.Also she was extremely pretty & had barbie doll features.I just hope that whichever actress is selected to do this role is a good actress and a beauty,so that they will do justice to her.She deserves it 100%. RIP DIVYA:'-(

Guys, they are getting the Greek actress to play the role of Neeta Lulla who was her designer and friend at the time. She is also the person who met Divya minutes before her death.

I was curious, always thought of it as a murder for some strange reason. Sentimentalization or tribute still doubt but either way, will create some interesting news in days to come, if it comes to form.
