Yes, you heard it right! As Lakme Fashion Week kicks off showcasing some young as well as veteran talents, Manish Malhotra, Bollywood's one of favourite designers let us in on a trivia that Urmila Matondkar was the first Bollywood celebrity to become a show-stopper, back in 1999. She walked the ramp of Manish Malhotra and started the trend of Bollywood celebrities becoming show-stoppers.

I wishs we could see more Urmila on screen. She carried out complex roles pretty damn well and is one stylish lady!

that's probably the only relationship in bollywood that has stood test of time, beautiful friendship and not based on "what you can do for me while ur still relevant". I enjoy seeing Urmila and Manish occasionally when they show up at events together.
