Vidya says "No" to Shahid and John
After the success of The Dirty Picture and Kahaani consecutively, Vidya must be on cloud 9 and has become very picky about her next projects. It has been reported that she has reservations about working with Shahid Kapoor and John Abaraham. Industry insiders say that her beau, Siddharth Roy Kapoor is extremely possessive of Vidya and due to her link-up rumours during filming with Shahid (Kismet Konnection), and John Abaraham (Salaam-E-Ishq) and does not want her acting with these two actors. Due to this, she has rejected the Hindi remake of Vettai with Shahid, Sanjay Kapoor-Ekta Kapoor joint venture. Hopefully, Vidya continues to do great work and not just reject films due to the other actors involved in it.

ummm what?we're not comparing people's pay here, but their talent as an actor and vidya is too good to work with shahid. that is my opinion and I suggest you learn some manners idiot instead of speaking nonsense. by the way if you're so blind just look at the places vidya has gone in such a short time where as shahid has been in the industry just as long and where is he, well somewhere no one cares=that means more talent on vidya's side=she's too good.

Indian media is crap. They like to make useless headlines out of unwarranted,biased,false claims.Where's the proof for such rumours???? How do they know it's because of her BF that Vidya is not working with John or Shahid, & not cause she didn't like the script or had some other issues with the film???????? I've heard Vidya is very choosy about her scripts & only selects a film after lots of consideration.Anyway good for Vidya!!!! Shahid & John are both F-grade flop actors, they don't deserve to even be in the same frame with a top-class actress of Vidya's calibre.

Or maybe she didn't like the scripts? The media is always quick to find a gossipy reason for someone doing something but she's a grown woman who's proven that she knows what's best for her.
So, is it not okay for Vidya to work with Shahid and John....but okay for that "Siddharth Roy Kapoor" to bang other heroines and chicks during casting?!...
