WWE confirms Dean Ambrose not renewing his contract in April 2019

Rumours were rife that an unhappy Dran Ambrose was not renewing his contract in April 2019. WWE took to Instagram and Twitter to confirm this news.

After an ankle injury put his our of action for several months, the return of Dean Ambrose was meant to be glorious and that's what it was. At least for one episode of Monday Night Raw. Post being Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns lackey, Dean had a sparkling moment when he turned on his brother's back and became a true blood heel. Again, until one episode of Monday Night Raw. All Jon Moxley fans know just how cruel Ambrose could have gotten, but WWE chose the comedy route yet again and gave him a Bane jacket with a gas mask and a god-annoying siren noise attached to his theme song.

Hence, it came as no wonder that Dean aka Jonathan Good would be extremely unhappy in his current position and rumours were rife that the wrestler was not keen to renew his contract, when it expires in April 2019. It had nothing to do with money, but instead, it was his disputes with the creative team.
