I seriously doubt this is recent. Mike was John's trainer for Dostana (2008), plus he was on set during Dhan Dhan Dhan Goal too which she was in (2007) and on John's film Jhoota Hi Sahi (2009) where she visited the set. She's probaly just released this pic now to make herself look desirable. That seems to be her only priority these days!!
