Karishma Kapoor, Anjana Sukhani walk the ramp for Nivedita Saboo's collection on Day 2 of ABIL PFW
ABIL Pune Fashion Week Day 2 saw lots of glamour, glitters and celebrities taking over the ramp. Day 2 of the ABIL Pune Fashion Week opened with the collection of two very talented designers Malini Agarwalla and Payal Singhal. Payal showcased their collection for the very first time at Pune Fashion Week. Malini’s showcased footwear, ramp bags and accessoriesthat were inspired by a resort in South Africa. Actress Vidya Malavde was the showstopper for Malini. Payal’s collection featured heavily embroidered lehangas and suits in black, silver and grey. Bollywood’s very talented and young Designer Surily Goel showcased her collection of Indian wear with light colours comprising peaches, pinks and lemon yellow. Mumbai based Designer Sanjay Hingoo showcased his Men’swear collection with funky motifs on suits and trousers. He used a lot greysfor his trousers and jackets along with bright colored shirts. The finale for Day 2 was Star Studded with 3 Bollywood actors walking the ramp for Pune’ very own Nivedita Saboo. Her collection ‘Majestic Realms’ befitting the gold line living of the New Heirsand Heiresses of today. A cascade of colours boasting of immense joy and Powerful confidence nurtured by marvelous design. She paid an ode to the dynamism of the Royal Lineage. The show began with Actress Anjana Sukhwani in a beautiful pastel coloured gown. The dream like show endedwith Flamboyance as the designer had Randeep Hooda and Karishma Kapoor as the show stoppers for the evening.

as for Pakistani, can you guys stop commenting that everything is a copy, I wouldnt call it a copy its more like they got inspired from Pakistani styles, also, there is just similarity in the length and cuts, nothing else is same, dresses have Indian influence!
there is no need to fight or argue about this, in the world of fashion, people do get inspired from each other!

If Pakistan got variety in terms of shalwar kameez, on the other hand, India has lots of variaties in choli lengha and saris! so look we both have something good to offer, lets appreciate it! also my Indian friend told me they had Pakistan lifestyle exhibition in New Delhi few days back, and she loved the clothes, perhaps we will have the same kind of exhibition in Pakistan, and Pakistanis can see Indian designer work as well
----- oh btw, someone said here everyone in Pakistan wear shalwar kameez and we dont have much of a choice, hence we keep bringing new trends in shalwar kameez, its actually not true! in urban cities, alot of girls wear jeans/shirts! :)
Please paki people u should not complain about copying or anything which means the same because everybody knows what you were and are doing....
Anyway,
Karishma is looking fresh and young here..
Looking at what Karishma is wearing reminded me of Pakistani fashion week. Anyways, we don't need to fight about it.

This is the difference between Pakistanis and Indians....no matter how much Indians try not to create problems with Pakistanis but Pakistanis are just too jealous of Indians and they want to pick on fights!!! Even if YOU think that Indians copy stuff from Pakistan then you should be happy that they are promoting YOUR stuff worldwide! so be thankful instead of saying stupid stuff!!

i have one excellent salwar khamis worn by my naani decades back in the cupboard if you want i can courier u that. Who s following whose movies, we all know.And btw the wedding fotos of u guys are all over the net nad we can see what the young girls in the background are wearing, for heaven's sake!!!

Pakistan has probably the best eastern clothes ever and Pakistan has a new fashion come up every year .... so India is really catching on really late and copying it eventually. The thing is .... if I showed you only a handful of Paki designers and their outfits .... you would forget Manish Malhotra .... you only see online on limited websites but we wear these clothes and we're really into fashion so we know where to look and the cheapest designer in Pakistan with the least good looking clothes will still look better thn Indian clothes. India has good Sarees no doubt but anything to do with Shalwar Kameez or anywhere near it is Pakistan and India only lives on classic fashion while Pakistan has classic fashion but keeps bringing new fashion every year. The stuff India is now introducing .... we wore it and retired it years ago.
Anyway .... Karishma I loveeee, she's so gorgeous .... rest are whatever

lol !!! In Pakistan no matter how rich the person is one can only wear salwar khamiz and to cater to that you might diff kind of salwar khamis .But I have seen many pakistni wedding albums and label stores in Dubai(flocked by pakistni women) ..The ppl are wearing indian clothes and label. So?
In India that vaccumm is filled by western clothes since the society s more liberal and hence we have choice!!!

So what if they got inspired from pakistani designers...in the world these things do happen...i really dont whts the big if they liked something fromvour and now are presenting in a slightly differbt style in india...there is no need to make a fuss about ..infact personally i feel proud that pakistan fashion is drawing intl market and ppl are getting inspired from our clothes...lets show a big heart and do not creat fuss about these small things
