i just dont get the hatered towards katrina here. she is a very good performer yet pinkvilla is trying to prove that she cant act. thats so not true. just look at the list of all the films she has acted in so far. she has came a long way. i am guessing pinkvilla approves the bad stuff said about katrina acting only. otherwise whenever even i write something good about katrina , it rarely is posted under the comments section. thats very biased. if bollywood is for indians then why are you letting priyanka take the global stage or why wud ash try to act in hollywood projects or why is frieda prefer hollywood over bollywood. and deepika wud try to quit race 2 for some hollywood project which she eventually lost to another actress from another country. they are not even half western blood (i just didnt know how to say it, apologies). she is at least half indian. people are being so unfair to her.

Same here. And that' the perfect way of putting it. She has no life in her. I think it's because she is always working, always being diplomatic in her interviews and is so careful with her image that she has become boring. Does she ever just have fun? All we see her do is hang out with Salman's family or go to birthday birthdays for her friends in bollywood but she never looks happy doing any of that. It's like some obligation for her to go. Something has happened to her. She used to be very smiley and happy a fews years ago. She has regressed. She went from being talkative and happy in interviews to being this person that hardly talks or says anything except for promoting her movies. I wish she would learn to be more open and carefree. If she stopped being so reserved in her real life, it would improve her acting on screen as well

I also agree except for your last sentence plus I also feel she has so many people who dislike her in the industry & in people in general I mean once you get to hear these stuff as human your mood gets down .you will not be as bubbly as you were. as for her acting she was & IS a good actress just the films she chose weren't very important roles. reason for that was like she said in a few interveiws she wanted to be known in FamilyHouseholds..where she is the "candy floss" or damsel in distressfilms like(singh is king, Welcome,Maine pyar kyun kiya,Ajab prem ki gazab kahani) in commercial films first & once people knew her, then she wants to get serious ... which was very smart & worked for her. only thing I HATE is why people hate her sooo much just because she's not Indian? well I'm not one either but at least I have some respect, & not so much eago & pride but Namaste London, New york, Mere brother ki dulhan, &Ek tha tiger. she was very good in acting. & I know some one will bash me about the Indian part what elses can pinkvilla do it has become obseessed with hating Katrina=(

Your comment reeks of racism. There's nothing wrong with making hay while the sun shines...she deserves her success, if she didn't she wouldn't have survived even 1 year in the industry let alone reach the top!
As for where she belongs, well you forget that the UK is a beautiful, developed country, plus her family is there....of course she may choose to return. Most people would!
She has certainly done a fantastic job hiding who she is seeing. Is it Ranbir or Salman or none or maybe both on and off? Million dollar question. She looks stunningl here! Anon, I liked your analysis on Kat's life. We change as we grow. Maybe she is just not the wild, socializing type. But she does have plenty of spunk which probably comes out only in certain settings and with certain people. Her reserve and sensibilities and sense of responsibility (combined with other qualities ofcourse) have aided her climb to the top spot IMO.

Completely agree, she seems really tired in her interviews, or not interested as much.. (ex. the live chat for ek tha tiger) .. .it almost seemed like who was just there because she had to be. Hmm .. doesn't it seem like she's on a mission like Hritikh in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. .. make as much money as you can ..fast as you can..
To all who say something happened to her and she looks so boring and out of life...guess what, Salman Khan happened to her! That man has the same negative impact on any woman he comes in contact with!

I guess she knows her time will be up soon in Bollywood, so she's doing all she can to fill up her bank accounts and then when the time comes, she will go back to where she belongs.
