Official First Look of Shah Rukh & Katrina from Yash Chopra's next
Here's a photo released by YRF from thier eagerly awaited flick starring Katrina Kaif & Shah Rukh Khan. P.S: Does SRK play a musician in the movie? He has been seen with the guitar in quite a few scanes so far. Press Release: Yash Chopra's next directorial venture starring the king of romance, Shahrukh Khan, along with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, started shooting in London on the 22nd of Feb 2012. Above image is the first look of Shahrukh & Katrina on location. This untitled movie will mark the coming together yet again of the award winning duo of the music maestro A. R. Rahman and the poet & lyricist, Gulzar. The film is scheduled for a Diwali 2012 release, the festive time when Yash Chopra movies over the years have lit up homes worldwide.

I like Kat's hairstyle & orange coat. She looks cute. Would have been better if it were Hrithik with her instead of SRK though. They have better chemistry and age-wise he's perfect for both girls. He would have really suited this kinda romantic role as I feel he has really matured as an actor and has more depth in his performances now, more so than SRK who is a bit jaded now. Hrithik would have brought a freshness to the role and it would be good to see him in a purely romantic film after a while. Chopras should have stepped out of their comfort zone instead of always using the same old actor.

katrina doesnt seems to like srk. she look uneasy with him...same as in screen awards like she is wants to get away from him. she looks most comforted and happy with salman.

i agree srk can't be doing ddlj roles anymore. the resemblance is too striking. i used to like him so much before but right now he doesn't seem correct. 15 years before today if he made this i would totally love it. right now, he is not fit for this busines. infact he should take to production or mentoring. he can't act anymore. please.

Huh!!!! He is a great actor and did many wonderful films in that last 15 years. You don't know anything about the story... Playing music and being in love has nothing to do with age at all. In what world are you living????...Grow up we are in 2012 and people are more free and more open minded even in their 40's. Go to the street and see people by yourself. I hope SRK will never stop acting...he is so natural and true always in his acting and I wish him the best with this film.
If people stopped loving him in India he is welcome to come to France and live with us:)

lol was just wondering about the khans.....what would be bollywood without them....i agree there lot more talented guys out there but the super stardom which they got is untouchable.....i can't imagine bollywood without them....even if they do the crappiest movies still they will be most talked about.

Hmmm...this movie does not seem to suit AR RAHMAN somehow. I wonder what kind of music he will create for this? It doesn't really have that earthy/desi vibe to it which suits ARR so well. It is more mainstream and conventional rather that artistic and experimental. But he is so diverse and talented that I am sure he will come up with something unique and surprise everyone. Wish they had picked a better actress though.
it's a bit early for a 'first look'.. didn't they like start shooting only last week or something?? nothing much to say really.. looks like any other film so far.. have to wait and see more to be able to make a proper assessment. btw what's with the guitar.. is he playing a busker in this or something??

Why Chopras dont take Kareena? She is more like a YashRaj heroine than Katrina. She suits with SRK too.
no chemistry yaar...why he doesnt acts with madhuri aish or vidya??? they are more suitable and matured for him. yeh sab katrina fatrina are not in his league. he should refused the role unless they changed the heroine. kat is not good enough for king khan. at least priyanka got the chemistry with him. why they didnt choosed her?

@other idiot asking abt salwar kameez in london - why not?? uk is multicultural and asian girls do wear salwar kameez there, hot or cold. go to southall or some indian places and use your eyes. anyway the point was about traditionalism wrt yash chopra and not clothes per se. i was expecting something along the lines of Chandni or Silsila - quintessential yrf movies with that classic indian essence and romance. dont see why they have to always go abroad or wear mini skirts to show how 'modern' they are. its okay for aditya but i expected something different from a veteran like yashji. this looks more like a K-Jo movie.
y katrina n anushka out of all the actresses...i mean seriously why dint yashraj choose actresses who can really act....vidya, kareena, preity, rani or ash?
finally a romantic film and that too with srk......i was fed up with these action and comedy movies. shahrukh should more romantic or serious kinda roles like. Chak de or swades.....in these films we actually get to see how great of a actor he is, my name is khan was his best performance till date i dont think that even aamir will be able to carry off a charactet like that he was sOo convincing in that role.
