So I made my own plyo box with straight sides. Today is the day it bit me. I totllay smashed the crap out of my shin doing the box jumps with blood and guts flying everywhere. I'm hardcore now.Great workout. It gave me the chance to use my new Gymboss round timer. This is the best little gadget for timing things like this WOD and Tabatas etc.Crossfit everything Rx'd with 95# Power Cleans. (First WOD using the 24 side of my plyo box instead of the 20 side.)1.) 2 rounds + 1 Burpee2.) 1 round + 7 Box Jumps (shin split round)3.) 1 round + 7 Box Jumps4.) 1 round + 5 Power Cleans5.) 1 round + 7 Box JumpsYou can tell that hitting my shin cost me some additional power cleans on round 2 and 3, but I came back a little for round 4.
I DON'T GET! WHY SO MAN STUFFED BAGS FOR ONE-TWO PERSON???????????????????????????
These ones stayed more days than the rest, it seems they took some days off wich is cool, the most of these girls clearly bought gifts and all but why so many clothes?? Did they buy all that there?? Are the clothes in Singapore that great or w??

actually yes, she is related but not biologically. She is aishwarya's sister in law (shweta's) mother in law. Shweta married kareena/karishma/ranbir's cousin.
karishma's the humshakal of that lady in green. Those kapoor genes run through generations. Even daddy randhir looks like this lady or viceversa.

how do they fly these ppl out? im betting at least business class tickets for all the stars (no matter what level they are on, thats why so many starlets make the trip. when the big stars don't go, IFFA needs relatively recognisable seat fillers/presenters/item performances) usually two tickets coz most ppl will want to bring a date/partner/assistant along.
however do you put someone like gauhar khan/shahzahn etc in business class along side Javed Akhtar/Farhan Akhtar/Shabana Azmi??
And if you put those ppl in first class, do they still shell out first class tickets for the lower stars? or are they 2 groups. Who decides who is in which group?
Singapore is a relatively short flight out from India, so fine, maybe they do shell out for first class tickets. But when they travel to England or Canada, what do they do then? it cannot be worth their while seating Aftab with SRK in first
