Priyanka & Sonam deny snubbing each other at a recent event
Reputed journalist/movie critic Rajeev Masand carried an article in Open Magazine on how Priyanka and Sonam Kapoor snubbed each other at a recent event(excerpt from the article at the bottom). Priyanka and Sonam quickly resolved this issue on Twitter. Here were their tweets. Sonam - @priyankachopra and me are high school mean girls apparently! Peecee what say you? Priyanka - I say pple need to start doin real journalism than actually makin up things 4 the lack of news!hey at least they were hot!hehe @sonamakapoor ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Sonam Kapoor was being felicitated on stage, the actress apparently noticed Priyanka whispering suspiciously into her neighbour’s ear, cracking what appeared to be a joke about Sonam. Not one to let it go, Sonam allegedly returned the favour when it was Priyanka’s turn to go on stage. So when Priyanka’s name was announced, the actress walked up to collect her honour, only to notice that Sonam was distracting the front row by loudly saying her goodbyes and chatting with other guests. Sonam apparently walked out midway through Priyanka’s acceptance speech, and made sure everyone in the gathering noticed. Meow!

Rajeev Masand, sometimes he might post true stories but sometimes he should not believe the fake "SOURCES" he mentions to create attention.

It seems like only education PC has is lack of morals.
I would give her A+++ for having the highest degree of immorality, and shamefullness.

Sonam finished her studies. She has a bachelors degree so stop acting like Rajeev Masand on the comment section and spread lies. She and PC are cordial to each other if not friends and its not something bad.

why hating on rajeev so much? yes this story was completed made up. there are also other stories which are completely made up too but that does not mean everything he writes is made up. so read carefully and be wary.

People I saw the entire show. When Sonam was on stage PC was smiling and clapping not giggling and passing comments. Sonam was also smiling and claiming when PC was on stage. Not to mention they both stayed throughout the entire show. I would probably have believed Rajeev if I hadn't seen the show for myself. What a cheap act from such a reputable journalist and film critic.

Priyanka did not deny Rajeev's story on affair with Sharukh. This shows that it was a true story. It is a fault story, I would sue the journalist.

See how gullible most of the audience is. Will believe anything especially if it gives them a chance to put down a celeb they don't like as much. Rajeev or any onlooker is doing their job of interpreting events the way they see it (even if it carries question marks) for some masala news. It's the audience (us)who needs to get smarter. I am glad for social networking websites, it works for the actors. They can clarify rumors immediately instead of news lingering for weeks, months and even decades and changing audience perception.
