maybe its me, but she doesnt seem that overweight to me. i agree her face is huge but she seems to have all her weight in her face. her arms and waist, if u look closely, r not that chubby. i mean she's not thin but not obese either. i think thats why the news channels cut the pic just to show her face, they want to sensationalize evrything. anyways, good for her that she's healthier now:)
