Good Son - He already is.
Good Dad - Yes maybe.
Good husband - Ha can never be that ;) First he needs to stop flirting around (or should I say sleeping around ) with girls & stay away from them as much as possible(which is difficult for him). His Casanova image is the biggest flaw in him & makes him look like a jerk, despite being a talented actor.

Oh really? Wake up please. He himself is responsible for his Casanova image, he keeps running after girls from Imran's wife Avantika to Sonam to Angela Johnson to Deepika to Katrina to Nargis & god knows how many more when he was in high school & in New York. Deepika is in no way responsible for that.
But what can we do? we live in a country full of sexists & misogynists who always blame a woman for a man's failure or flaw!

Both deepi-katrina is in live in relationship with their bf, so they can't b suitable for Ranbir . I guess if he ever met with wife material he will b great beloved.

well i study personalities....he is capricorn by zodiac......earth sign ....so if u feel he is down to earth....then u r right.....welll capricorns when entangled i family relation....hardly break them for stupid reason.......u can take an example of akshay kumar...hes capricorn too.......taurus,capricorn,virgo....these are three earth signs....and probablt most of them are down to earth,,,,,like madhuri-taurus,salman-capricorn,.rajesh khanna-capricorn....

somehow it's hard to fully believe this statement, whether it's genuine due to his ''image'' and rumours of being around with several woman. Hopefully, when he does fall for someone (i.e. saif in COCTAIL lol) then hope it's real. Cause i'd feel sorry for the girl otherwise :p

Ranbir kapoor is not husband material, even if he does get married, his marriage won't last.Because he can't stay loyal to one woman, he is more like salman khan in that department, though salman did the women a favor by not marrying them.

if the rumours of him sleeping with lots of women are true, I doubt he can create that image..get settle first on one girl and then think of the future..he more or less settles on one then checks out the other girls!
I actually don't think Ranbir will fail in any of these roles. He's got a good head on his shoulders. There is a reason he hasn't settled down and that is because he isn't ready for it, but he's showing that he hopes he will be one day! So why begrudge the man! He's talking better than other motor mouth star kids and guess what the kid has more talent than most of the young ones combined! May he fulfil all of his aspirations!
I believe his brilliant performance come from his heart that definitely a gud one so................... he will b a gud father and husband.

he does come across humble but i think thats just the image he wants to have...who knows what he's really like in real life..
All young actors dream of it and want it when they have it they get bored of the good role and want to become bad. When he is 50 he too will chase young skirts and plastic actresses younger than he is right now! BW men are very predictable and there are no exceptions it is sad.
I initially did not like Ranbir much, but started admiring him since the past 2 years and specially after Rockstar.
I think he is a good actor and has star qualities. He comes across very humble in all his interviews, award ceremonies and other public events.
Nice thinking for a young man..sad that ppl will criticize him for making this comment and believe those who always bad mouth ppl 'cough cough' a certain director who brainwashes ppl for TRP of his talk show!
