Happy 5th Wedding Anniversary to Aishwarya and Abhishek!
Fans' celebrations, Media mayhem, Nationwide blessings, International headlines, Bollywood's first family - The Wedding Of The Century!! It still feels like yesterday! Abhishek and Aishwarya. When news of their engagement broke, it was not just the news that broke. Millions of hearts across the world broke too! Eventually, the nation did come together to celebrate and bless the love birds. But, as usual, there were the cynics who laughed off the alliance speculating how it wouldn't even last 6 months. But half a decade has passed and I am 5 years older. Well, we all are! Their beautiful 5 year relationship now has an equally beautiful milestone - their beloved 5 month old baby - Aaradhya Rai Bachchan. Truth be told, this couple looks like a match that was always meant to be. God bless the couple and their cute tiny tot! Here's three cheers to many more years of their togetherness!!

Frankly if Sujata and her likes would devote such devotion to their loved ones or even their lives, they too will have a great life. They will not have to live through Ash's life. I think such "fans" are to be pitied as they have no life or self- esteem.
Frankly, no one really gives actors importance in any other country like they do in India. Brad and Angelina got engaged- but really no one cares except they hardcore fans. Usually those are the ones who have very little in their life and live through these film stars vicariously. I live in the US and I did not hear anyone discuss this engagement. Trust me CNN did not do a "breaking news"of the engagement or discuss horrorscope or guest list or wedding date. Only "Extra" or such entertainment related shows would have some segment on that.
I'm not a fan but it pains me to see that pic of her after delivery. She looks so dazed and worn out. You can tell she had a tough time. Wish them the best.

Finally someone intelligent enough to make a sensible comment. So much hype for a hyped up actress...of course they will live together till death do them apart...after all they have to maintain a hypocritical image. From the time Abhishek married Ms. Rai, he is got a constantly constipated look on his face. Just goes to show how miserable he is. Since the news of their engagement broke out they are all crazy about it. Also there is non-stop worship for singers like Michael Jackson,Elvis,Beatles, and of course Lady Gaga whose fans are known are "little monsters". All of these people are bigger then Ash Rai, so I don't know what your talking about this fan-worshipping only happening in india.

Some people are saying tha Brad might leave Angelina once old age starts to work on her! Jennifer is 6 years younger then Brad and he left her when she was 35 or 36 when Angelina was 28 or 29. Not sure if that could happen. I know he has kids with her but some men will leave their wives for younger women even if they have kids.

Unfortunatly he will still have a career due to his father. I know they guy can't act to save his life but that how Bollywood works. Hey even in hollywood Will Smith's untalented brats are getting into movies with the likes of Jackie Chan and getting their own music videos. How unfair is that? There are so many talented kids with no connections and the reason why WS kids are getting a career is through their dad. Same goes with Abhishek. How was Will n Kate's wedding bigger than Abhi Aish's? Will n Kate hailed from the royal family in England. They sold their wedding TV rights so that they can be shown all over the world. But Abhi Aish didn't do that. They dont NEED to do that.
What do you mean how was it bigger the Aish wedding? How many people know of Aish around the world except for indians ? Aishwarya is not royalty, and I think she wanted a private wedding. And no they did no sold their wedding rights to television. It's always been a custom for that family to show their wedding to the world. Diana's, Elizabeths, Charles 2005 wedding was always put on television. They royals are not like those good for nothing reality tv stars. They are well liked by the public.

it seems like a business contract between two companies and they are doing what is required

remember abishek has some way to go before he reaches SRK and salmans age, and when he is that age, he will have a 50 year old wife while he at 46 will be running around dancing with heroines in their early twenties.
Look at the age diffrence between Angelina and Brad. 12 years diffrence. Angelina is 36 and Brad is 48.Nothing wrong with Aish being the older one, who is older by 3 years only. I don't get why its wrong to have a wife older then you.

I don't think it is wrong to have a wife older than you. But in showbiz, and the kind of world these celebs live in, there is not much age equality. Can you imagine Saif still being with Amrita who is 50+ now? Or Amir with Reena? Even Ashton left Demi. If you are not a few years younger than your husband, but in fact older, then in their line of work it is very easy for a guy to have a roving eye. If Brad Pitt was 48 as he is, and Angelina Jolie was 52, it would be a very different dynamic and they would not be seen as Hollywood royalty simply because she would be regarded as old - thats a fact. Even Demi who looks pretty good for her age could not hold on to Ashton, he still cheated on her with much younger girls. Salman is so much older now (later 40s) but he still looks for women in their 20s. Imagine if he stayed with Sangeetha Bijlani who is well into her 50s now. So thats what I mean, now it seems okay, but when Abishek (IF he still has a career at 46, and thats a BIG IF), will be running around trees with 20-something PYT's and then appearing in public with a 50 year old woman, that will look so out of place.

That would have also been in keeping with the 5 year anniversary, this was the big event in their lives recently. Sorry, just a feedback, meant in a constructive spirit. We would have gotten to see the mommy avatar of Ash as well - beaming, glowing, looking like just another normal, happy mother. Seeing these pics I don't know whether to gape at her stunning beauty or become a little bit jealous as well...look at this woman! Gosh! Look at that pic where she's doing namaste and hair falling on her face and the one to its side with that sweet smile...masha allah too beautiful! There are so many beautiful women either celebs or just non-famous people, but very rarely is this combo of not only being beautiful overall, but having every feature individually to be beautiful as well - I cannot find a single fault with her eyes, nose, lips...a truly genetically blessed woman, who did not rest on her beauty but strode forward to make it work for her, and put in her hard work to become one of the most successful Indians. Hats off to Ash. And good luck again to the couple!
