don't judge man. Maybe his pageant queen girlfriend is secretly intellectual and quotes russian literature. I mean, you never know.
oh gosh, what makes him cocky? Cuz he stood up to anil kapoor? Anil wasn't being a professional anyway, he was just being a doting father to his non actress daughter.
I like this guy, hes the real deal and a heck of an actor.
He can eat 'actors' like sonam and imran for lunch. I think Imrans adorable, i just think he can't act.
@Green : Ditto. I thought he was effortlessly brilliant in Manorama Six Feet Under, too. I'd like to think this professional angst is responsible for the momentary lapse of judgement that is his vacuous girlfriend. Fingers crossed.

his choices remind me of Aamir Khan,whats more amazing is that he works on more low budget, non mainstream movies and still his movies work,that really is amazing,plus so cute his dimples <3

abhay has become a bit boring. he needs get out of his mould i feel and really try to get some work. and actually i agree with bollywood's comments he could have been good and tried but he didn't allow himself to. he was so stuck. i think either he thinks he is too good for the industry or acting is really not his thing. either way his attitude is just such a turn off.
Theres alot of people here that are saying that Abhay Deol is cocky. I just want to ask, which actor isn't. Yeah everyone of them might show that they are humble and down to earth, but you can plain see that each and every one of them think they are gods gift to us mere citizens, Abhay just shows it more than the others do, and i rather have him be real than fake. And honestly he has the right to be cocky, he is a great actor, unlike some of the actors who have NO acting skills at all, and are going out acting all high and mighty.
If he quits cinema, then yeah i believe that's one great actor gone.

His acting skills are limited. Cannot do versatile roles. He's accepting it but indirectlty so.
he is anything but a good actor.. he is an arrogant man with an intellectual hangover. i bet no one will miss him if he quits!! good riddance to bad rubbish
When good actors like Abhay quit, it gets me worried. I've liked his work in all his films, mostly Oye Lucky and Dev D.

Abhay s a great talent as actor and like other Deols very underrated. hope Bollywood start to value talent over more along with looks
