its my PERSONAL pet peeve!... lol sorry i guess i should have said the MY part! But i cant stand it...either wear the skirt or just wear leggings... The mixture breaks my heart and the outfit comes out looking tacky! Sorry my opinion... i have yet to see someone pull it off!

i'm sorry but where did you hear that?
People do that on the east coast all the time in fall/winter/early spring. It allows you to wear your short skirts without freezing your butt off and high boots help camouflage imperfect calves. Socks with sandles is a pet peeve, but this no!

OKAY. this has to be said! You dont ever ever ever ever EVER wear legging or tights underneath a skirt or shorts!....Biggest pet peeve ever! Ahhhhh
