of course lighting is crucial for one s complexion specially in photos but no one looks so brown if she is porcelain white and also no one looks so porcelain white if she is so dark ...only lighting cant make you as white as snow
compare this photo of aishwarya with the loreal ones and others... so much colour difference is really impossible ...look at her she is dark from top to toe...which means aishwarya bleaches herself for indian appeal
and also which means she is neither white nor fair simply brown skinned indian
so the ones who claims that aishwraya is fair or wheatish just trying to fool people ...as it is seen her true complexion is brown as it is seen....sooner or later her white mask fell off ...game over for aishwarya s make believe fairness game

for me no matter how popular she is i dont admire people who cant make peace with their own self especially in india where skin colour is still great issue so sending these wrong messages of "the more fair the more lovely" is really disgusting especially when you are also one of those brown girls ...aishwarya cant be the role modal of indians with her insecurity about dark complexion ...

her lips lined above her natural lip line and it looks so overly done she looks like a cheap movie star with that look

Say what you will people, but Ash is still one of India's most gorgeous woman and she is slowly regaining her size. Slow but sure wins the race! Take that Lara and whoever else you want to compare her to!

right, so here's my two cents
her weight- while it is normal to gain weight after pregnancy, its unusual to gain so much. her arms look as big as my husband's and i call him fat. it could be something related to hormones, but if i were her i would be making every effort to get back into my old clothes (Esp with all the help she gets, it should be so hard)
her dressing- they say stripes create an illusion of looking taller and skinnier, that could be the reason? but it looks bad without a doubt
her complexion- i find it insanely ridiculous how much people comment on her skin color. make up and lighting has so much to do with what color a person appears in pictures- I am sure this has happened to you as well, you tend to look lighter that your complexion in some pics and darker that normal in some others.. so let her be on that one.

somehow in india, the old fashioned and wrong bad practice is that you are a 'good mother' if you let yourself go after birth your child, put the child ahead of not only your husband but yourself aswell, one need not be a tranny mummy - (i don't mean yummy mummy but a mother wearing a bodycon dress and looking pathetic),. but nothing wrong being a healthy and fit mother . When her kid wants to move out at 17 with her boyfriend, or when her hubby cheats on her because she ignored him for the kid or when you are menopausal ..there is no point regretting later on, about not taking care of yourself...I Think ash is going out of the way to prove that no amount movies, endorsements, looks, appearances are more important than her child , we believe you ash, now get back in shape!PINKVILLA POST THIS.

why is aishwarya so dark?

Her face looks fresh and young. It's from neck down looks like somebody elses body. If she sorted the neck lines, toned body she would look amazing. I'm sure in time she will. At the moment she seems content with how she is. Also,since she has become a mummy, she looks very serious. Before she would always giggle too much, do cheesy poses. Now it's like someone told her to tone down the acting.

To all your Aishwarya die hard fans - if you truly cherish Ms. Rai as you all claim to, please be honest in your feedback so that Ms. Rai can work on improving self, both physically and spiritually. Her taste in dressing is simply put horrendous. And what's with the cleavage show? For a women who claims to be pious, this comes across as very vulgar indeed. Again please be truthful and not lie about her looks. As Maya Angelou says "when you know better you do better", please allow Ms. Rai to know better.
