even though aish done a lot plastic surgery and she wears white make up, contact lenses but she still look south Indian , just look at the shape of her nose and flared nostrils a typical Dravidian nose also shape of her eyes mouth etc she is so indian looking, she doesn't look Arabian or southern European her nose bridge is too low and flat since Arabs and southern European have high bridge noses. she looks like south indian actress like Rekha, Asin, deepika etc.she doesn't even look like northern actresses like Priety or kareena let alone Arab or European.
I am from Turkey and i can easily say that whenever i look at aishwarya only indian nation comes to my mind.as it is said below she is not looking like anything else and she doesnt have any kind of tendency to look like any other nation- specially italian,south american,spanish even arabian she has sharp indian features specially her nose,lips and tone of complexion.yeah she reminds pakistanis but it is well known indians and pakistanis look alike a lot.especially their tone of complexion.I have met so many foreign people up to now and aishwarya rai doesnt look like or even remind any kind of look other than indian /asian...it is really interesting what mmakes you think in this way ....perhaps it is because you have never met anyone other than indians in your life ...

she has Indian features. Light eyes dont make her non-Indian. A lot of Indians have light eyes too. And regarding fair skin.. she still looks naturally fair, not WHITE. White is something like Anna Hathaway. Does her complexion look like that? NO.

yes loreal tries a lot to transform her indian features into european/middle eastern first they whiten her brown complexion then lighten her hair and eyes then make her cheeks more prominent thru photoshop and makeup then airbrush her nose and some slimming job ....here is the new computer generated aishwarya which is much more different from original brown indian aishwarya rai
