The Western media is shocked at the criticism Aishwarya has been receiving in her home country, India. It is quite ironic because India is known to be welcome to all shapes and sizes unlike the West which has strict rules for celebrities to be stick thin, yet here the West is shocked at the level at which Ash is being slammed for having a few extra pounds on her body! She was among the top trends all over the world in Yahoo and MSN. Trended at #1 on Yahoo and #3 on MSN worldwide. Every single major publication in the world - Huffingtion Post, Daily Mail, US Magazine, ABC News, Perez Hilton, Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, BBC and many more of such sites. Instead of supporting Ash, Indians are so quick to focus on the negative. If it were not for Ash, western counties especially the US would not know what Bollywood is or represents lets be honest! She gained weight so what!!!!!! She is the hottest commodity to come out of Bollywood and put Indian cinema on the map. Shame on all indian journalist for focusing on the negative when they should kiss the floor she walks on for giving them a job in the first place .. Disgusting all of you.. Even the West thinks Indians are unfair to Ash. It just proves my point that Aishwarya would be way more loved and way more popular if she was born in another country. Indians believe in pulling down each other. And her weight issue is nothing but schadenfreude! Indian mentality sucks.

The woman hasn't been working for 2 yrs yet the media doesn't let up. The international media supports her more than the Indian media too.
