Ash is “extremely keen” to have another baby soon - Rajeev Masand
This week's Open Magazine column by Rajeev Masand talks about how Aishwarya is a hands-on mom and how she is “extremely keen” to have another baby soon. He also confirms the news that Ash will be at Cannes this year . Woohoo! Loving Motherhood A close friend of the Bachchans reveals that Aishwarya has taken to motherhood effortlessly. The actress is reportedly a hands-on mum who does everything, from changing her baby’s diapers and bathing the little one to putting her to bed without any help from the domestic. An 80-year-old Mangalorean woman has been appointed to massage both mother and daughter every morning, but Ash apparently attends to everything else herself. The actress’ mother, Vrinda, spends time at the Bachchan home in Juhu during the day, pottering around her daughter as she goes about her routine; and mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan often jokes that Vrinda and Aishwarya are constantly chatting in Tulu around her. Our source also reveals that Ash is “extremely keen” to have another baby soon. Meanwhile, even as tabloids continue to obsess about how much weight Aishwarya needs to lose before she can return to the movies, the former Miss World herself isn’t letting that come in the way of doing exactly what she wants. Ash is expected to be at the Cannes Film Festival in May as brand ambassador for L’Oreal—it’ll be her 11th consecutive appearance at the festival since she first visited in 2002 with Devdas. But before that, she’s also scheduled to take a holiday to Dubai with Abhishek and the baby.

Hands on mom??? because she feeds and baths her OWN baby? please! get real. Every mother on earth does that and way way more... like go to work on a full time job, look after older children, cook, clean, wash, iron, vacuum and they dont all have massages every morning so please-give-me-a-break.
(In this case is different cuz celebs are used to hiring one or 2 nanies to tend to their kids. Look at Manyata. One recent pic posted in PV showed Manyata at an airport, carrying a designer bad whilst her kids were with their nanies. I agree every mother on earth takes care of thier kids but how many celebs do?)
ofcourse she's taken to it effortlessly, she has no choice and she has done everything else her whole life to now sit back and do this without any worries of $$... besides no one has their mother come and spend all day with them when their baby is nearly 5 months old!
By the way I must add it is rude that Ash and her mum talk in Tulu around Jaya, its the most disrespectful thing in the world for anyone to do much less a highly acclaimed supposedly well brought up woman. shows much class NOT.

You hope you all DO realize that the rich and famous usually hire staff to help them take care of their children? Yes, millions of women around the world "do it all" because they have no other choice. But for the wealthy they have other options. They don't HAVE to do it all themselves. The article is mentioning that she does it because she wants to, even though she doesn't have to, which IS rare. Taking care of a baby is hard work. To refuse help when you could easily have it means you're making a big commitment.
It's so stupid, people find cause to complain about literally everything she does. The fact is that if they want another baby, they'll probably do it sooner rather than later due to common sense. And if and when she DOES make a comeback in films, she has enough friends and resources to make sure it'll be a quality role and not just some "mother role." You should want better than that for your actresses, because soon your favorites will age too and they have just as much of a right to act into their 40s (and later!) as the Khans do, WHO by the way I don't hear any of you complaining about!

whatever she does ,is not that different from other indians /people ...whatever she does ,she has media backing up her at all times even when the bad rumours emerge sure it s for aishwarya s own sake...good media games ...but yeah it is again the same media who has called this ordinary brown indian as fair and the most beautiful and imposed it on society over the years....so much that now even when people see her with brown skin ....they still claim she is fair...it is so ridiculous that something like calling black as white...anyway everyone plays his/her own make-belive game but when her brown skin is so evident one must be silly to call her as fair...and stop praising her motherhood so much our own mothers done much more than her with none of those luxury
I thought Rajeev Masand is a respectable film critic who isn't preoccupied with gossipy tidbits, seems I was wrong.
I wish Aishwarya all the best in all her future plans. If she wants another child so soon that means she won't make the Sriram Raghavan movie with SRK after all. I'm not complaining a bit, on the contrary.
I hope she knows what she is doing by attending Cannes. She will have to wear a Western, slightly revealing dress and she won't be able to cover herself up, but I hope she will slim down enough to look like last year.

In the photo above, forget Aish! It's Mummy Vrinda that looks amazing! Look at her skin so fresh and wrinkle free, nice smile. If Aish didn't have all that Botox etc she would have probably aged gracefully like her mother.

she is preggers again...she is rushing to have 2 babies immeditely becuse she wantds to finish it all and get back to movies and all that immediately. she taking care of baby at home is really drama.if she rreally taking care of the baby, she would take enough time. atleast atlreast untill the baby is 2 years.

I doubt if she was pregnant atall ? they are celebrates with loads of money and that to actors. if they show in the movies how become fake preganant, they can easily make fool common people. they have money power and can do any damn thing with that. they have doctors at there perusal to pump up weight, and what not. i wont be surprised if that baby will not resemble with either of its parent. these celebraties can make us fool at any damn extent. my guess, the baby is adopted or maybe surrogated, and she has just carried a pillow and pumped up her body weight with some injections. I do not trust these celebraties...
