Public seems to be missing her and has high expectations of her esp. after having seen her all svelte in movies. They can't help but compare and get critical. But public also needs to keep in mind that she is a human being like us going through different stages in life and her body is different and her motivations and priorities might be different. It's HER life, HER choice. She must know what she is doing and who she is and what is and is not important to her. And she is going to do things at her own pace. So why is it affecting us all so much? People will comment. Celebs should continue doing their thing and take it positively. Giving attention is showing involvement (even if complaining) and that's better than ignoring.
Ash was too busy snatching boyfriends in bwood, and ignored all the warnings from God and didn't realize when did he snatch her beauty. She thought she was the godess.!!!

I think sasu Jaya is behind all this controversy. she was never in favor of Abhi marrying ash. They didn't see eye to eye and didn't get along. And to make things worse, Big B was head over heals with bahu rani and was showering way too much attention.
This picture is too much photoshoped. Like someone said earlier, that Loreal will come up with PhotoShop picture of hers and claim ash is back to being beautiful.
If she is pregs again and look like this, something is seriously wrong.
All women have glow and look prettier in face during pregs.
I guess she is not happy and on the contrary sad and depressed with her so called preg., she is doing weard things with her face. I guess its more important for her to have TMBW title than be a happy content mother.
I feel sorry for the nameless child, that her mother was too busy accumulating wealth and power, that she waited till 40+ to have a child, and now instead of giving love and attention to the nameless baby, she is having another one.
How selfish and inconsiderate off ash - not even sparing her own kids.
I am not her biggest fan and I never really cared much about her as a model/actress but I find her to be more attractive now and more respect for her that she has the guts to come out in public without going on some crazy 6 week diet. People need to honestly lay off of her as she has finally proved that actually does have inner beauty as well.

I am rooting for Ash and have full confidence that when she is well and truly ready to get back into movies and as her role demands she will alter her appearance - be it slimming out or what not. Having said that, as far as Barkha Dutt goes, she is not a feminist but a blatant opportunist. Has everyone already forgotten about her implication in the 3G scam - who cleared her name and how? If not, why is she still on tv, advising the public and brining us the news!!?? What happened to something called credibility - which she totally lost and as far as I can see has done nothing to gain it back. She just got off scot free. I think ppl are being too harsh on her,but I do not agree with Barkha. Maybe ppl are criticizing her,but then there are many other women in this world who get criticized for their weight,so why should Ash be any different. If ppl praised her for her beauty all these yrs,then she must also learn how to handle criticism about the same. Why should she be treated differently,just cause she's a star????This is not the first time an actress is being criticized for her weight,so why this media hype? A few yrs ago everyone used to accuse & criticize Vidya for being fat,used to call her moti balan & said many disgusting things about her,so then why didn't Barkha then stand up & say Vidya's being unfairly criticized?????But Vidya never said anything,she just bore with the insults. I know it's not related to pregnancy,but I'm just saying if others can be criticized about their weight then so can Ash,she has to learn to bear with it.
Good one barkha. From when have these things become national issue that so many discussions happen. just coz she belongs to show biz doesn't mean she has to be glamourous all the time. She is @ home just like every woman and enjoying this phase & occasionally attending parties. I recently had baby & I know how important it is to eat healthy food for your baby and not caring about weight.
women are such jealous creatures. If Aish had to lose weight right after pregnancy, there would have been comments on how she isnt a caring mother and how she cares only for her figure, looks, money etc. Everything she does attracts criticism.... just out of some jealous females.
I like how Aishwarya doesnt give a damn about her weight at this point and is enjoying her motherhood moments just the way she wants to. Its her life and not everything in life is about being prim and proper with sculpted figure; sometimes one needs to let one's hair down and enjoy. That applies even to the most beautiful women in the world, not even if crores of $$$ are riding on you! Way to go Ash!

yes they are sexiest but if they are not in an industry where they are scrutinized every minute......until and unless u want to be a housewife and live your life being whatever u want....but if u still want to be in this entertainment business or still want to earn money then u need to shape up as all eyes r on you....example of kajol,karishma kapoor ,lara dutta all are example of how to be in this industry....and being a mom is hard but not hard to watch what you put in your mouth.....i know abt it because i am a mom and when you have kids you tend to grow big but you also tend to watch what you eat because you r breastfeeding you need to eat a balanced diet not any junk food...not good for the baby i m sure everyone knows that.

i enjoy seeing ash like this. Just tells me she's enjoying her motherhood and is least bothered abt these negative comments. & why should she be. she has a right to enjoy this phase of her life to the fullest rather than to be worried abt staying in shape! Only a senseless person would be criticizing her for being overweight after preggers.
It takes 9 1/2 months to put the baby weight and it will take minimum 9 1/2 months to start shedding the weight. No brainer there.
On Koffee with Karan, she made herself spokeswoman for the working women in the Film Industry. She was judmental and inconsiderate, now she is coping it badly. Pay back time I say. if aishwarya was like kajol, rani, madhuri and other talented actress, this weight gain wouldn't have caused this much stir. i can't recall ONE really good cinema of aish. devdas & guru was amazing but she didn't contribute anything to that movie. so barkha is just being plain idiot.
