@Wed, 2010-11-03 20:05... I don't know what you're going on about, but fact is, Vivek takes 'not-so-subtle' digs at Aishwarya for publicity. Even an interview I read of his in October, he goes on about having dated 'bad' or 'wrong' women in the past, and how it's so refreshing to finally find a girl who's REAL... blah, blah, blah... the guy has no class and that's why I don't respect him. I can only hope that those types of interviews will stop because he needs to stop living in the past and focus on his WIFE now.
And BTW, I wonder if the timing of his wedding (Aishwarya's birthday) was also a publicity stunt on his part? I wouldn't doubt it.

Come on guys, anyone who thinks this is a big-hearted gesture from Vivek needs a reality check! He's always taking "subtle" digs at Aishwarya in his interviews, meanwhile she has moved on years ago. You never see him go out of his way to mend fences with the Bachchans the way he has humiliated himself over and over again to get in the good books of Salman.
And besides you gotta wonder: who "leaked" this story to the press (assuming it's true in the first place)? My guess is that Vivek is still trying to get mileage out of his romance with Aishwarya to get publicity, NOT the other way around. Which is sad. He's just pathetic. I feel sorry for Priyanka.

Viveik invited EVERYONE he didn't get along with, not just Mrs. Bachchan. the press heard about it (he didn't fuel it) and tried to create 'masala', and looks like some of you bit that dust.
why doesn't the press list that he invite lists and lists of people he had cut off ties with?
basically in very traditonal weddings, according to religious sayings, you are supposed to invite your 'enemies' to create fresh new starts and move on.

Ash didn't do anything to him why peopole keep saying she ruined his career? First of all he never had a career.
