In an interview to TOI , Akshay Kumar talks about his successes and his way of working. The actor who is on a high with the success of Housefull 2 and Rowdy Rathore talks about how he enjoys doing 'action' and performing his own stunts. "In my life, I have done all my stunts and I am proud to say it," he stresses. He also has a lot of praise for Sonakshi Sinha and Asin. "They are very much in tune with today's times. To me, they are not newcomers. Sonakshi is a wonderful actress who has her own style of acting. She has an absolutely different figure - a typical, Indian figure and not size zero. Khaate peete gharane ki lagti hain. I am a pure Punjabi. I like heroines who are hari bhari. Chusa hua aam na lagey," Really Akshay, Chusa hua aam? We could have even let that go but when asked for the English translation, Akshay asks, ""Will it be sucked out mangoes?". Well, you really rock in action but you need a class on idioms, Akshay!

Seriously, the paper asked for `Chusa hua aam` to be translated into English. Man, no one speaks hindi in India anymore! Everyone wants to be Angreez!! Translate that TOI!

The thing is that the only actress who is working with Akshay is Sonakshi, all the lead heroines don't want to work with him in his films, becoz of the way his heroines are portrayed, arm candy, roles in songs only, calling them 'Maal' and all that, YUCK . He has no movie with any of the main stream actreses, kareena, priyanka, katrina, deepika, anushka, vidya, none of them, so it is obvious he will praise Sonakshi 'hippo' Sinha.
Akshay is losing it, he got two hits and its already gone to his head. the next 2 movies (Joker, khiladi whatever) will flop for sure. Dumbass.
Sonakshi figure looks like that of 40yr old woman. Voluptuous is good, but you also need to look fit. Girls LIKE KATRINA, DEEPIKA, KAREENA, PRIYANKA, ANUSHKA AND SO ON ARE NOT SKINNY, THEY ARE FIT AND CURVY IN THE RIGHT PLACEES
But Sonakshi is chubby everywhere, she does not look sexy, does not look like a girl in her 20s. should lose a stone which is about 8kg.

Akshay is such an amazing actor and a great person. I've had the pleasure of meeting him numerous times and he's a darling. Just because he interacts with people and isn't all "fake" you translate that to no class?
And referring to Sonakshi in such terms is totally rude and uncalled for. She's an actress and is doing just that not trying to turn Bollywood into some cheap vulgar show like other actresses I won't name.

He is right to say that, because thats whats said when ppl are too skinny. Hritik was known to be that until now. And being fuller in the right places makes you look good esp for a girl. Sonaski rocks the figure. She looks amazing in that red sari, pure hotnesss.

"chusa hoa aam" is not a term that u can translate literally, its a pretty common term as well. having said that, akshay is such an ass! that was such a nasty statement to give. he could have said" to each their own" or something along those lines. to put sonakshi up, he didn't need to bring the others down. and isn't his wife pretty skinny as well? such a douchebag! these actors should sew their lips shut and just act without giving idiotic statements!
