Rowdy Rathore Rocks the box office
As per Box Office India , Rowdy Rathore had a "bumper" opening in single screens and good opening at the multiplexes. Taran Adarsh tweeted, "biz is *better* than this year's first Blockbuster #Agneepath, if one compares Friday to Sunday numbers" He continues, "'Rowdy Rathore' rakes in Rs 48.5 crore in three days" Adarsh gives the business break ups, "RowdyRathore Breakup:- Fri 15.1 cr, Sat 14.7 cr, Sun 18.5 cr +. Total: Rs 48.5 cr + nett. Biggest non-holiday weekend. Fantabulous!" Akshay Kumar tweeted thanking his fans, "I owe a HUGE thank you to my audience! You are the only reason behind the biggest opening weekend of my career! Love, Rowdy" The film directed by Prabhu Deva is also the third biggest opener ever, after Agneepath and Bodyguard. The interesting fact is that all three films are remakes. Wow this sure will be inspiring for many film-makers and I am positive that bollywood will definitely witness a lot of remakes in the coming days. Anyways, Sonakshi has made it again, Akshay has made it yet-again! Congratulations to the Rowdy Rathore team!

Sonakshi's been lucky. In Dabanng she didn't have to try very hard with acting with Salman. Here, with Akshay it's the same story. Other than smiling looking cute, where's the raw talent??! Both actors are established and getting on a bit. About time she did a movie with say Ranbir ,Imran similar age group.
I can't believe the type of movies that get hits these days.. it's like back to the time when ekta kapoor's father used to do movies... atleast sridevi and jayapradha used to dance well then... and sonakshi, for all the crp about being decent and desi.. all she got to do in the movie was show her stomach! just coz your wearing a sari does not make you decent..

paisa vasool movie, worth watching. Good action, funny dialogues, hot chemistry between akki-sona. Go for it!

When...oh...when will people stop making these brainless movies hits? Sonakshi looks flabby through out. As for comparisions with Agneepath -Agneepath's heroine dies half way & it's hero dies at the end! It's not the 'hero bashes up 20 baddies to show off' type of movie. Guess what type of movie our people prefer?
moimeme bollywood too has women exposing their tummy all the time, not jus now but from the times of Rekha, sridevi and hemamalini showed their tummy all the time.. one should not forget kareena from "chamak chalo".. by now you should be aware that there are many many south indian fans who view pinkvilla, so pls dont use words like they like stuff like these down there.. the movie is a hit in north india right?????
Ironically, the South movies made these days are more realistic and there is an array of great movies being made in the last few years.. Bollywood is moving in the opposite direction with more number of 'leave your brains home' type escapist films!

Sonakshi's belly was popping out throughout the whole movie. Girl needs to do some sits ups or not wear sarees like that.

it's a Southn Indian film adaptation, they like these kinds of stuffs there. personally I was embarrassed to see her stomach throughout the film..apparently, it's a Huge turn on for men down there...
Prabhu Deva never fails, people always forget to thank the director's. Previous hit Wanted and now this. Prabhu is rocking it :)

did you really watch it? because she is in the whole movie except 25 mins.
I liked the movie but sonakshi's role in it was again compared to nothing. Her role in the movie was barely for 10 mins. All the credit should go to Akshay only for the success of this movie.
i watched the movie y'day! It's a must watch!! You won't be disappointed! Akki is back at what he does best
