Big B Makes a Style Statement
Big B makes a style statement! Amitabh Bachchan is looking uber-cool in his stylish avatar in Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and AB Corp’s ‘Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap’ complete with scarves, jazzy shirts, designer denims, branded glares and even two watches! Yes...two watches it is! And this was none other than Bachchan's personal touch to the styling of his character in the film. Not many know that AB is very fond of wrist watches and is sometimes spotted wearing 2 at a time! So when he turned up wearing 2 watches on the first day of the Bbuddah shoot, he left everyone around amused by this unique style. At that moment, director Puri Jagannadh came up with the idea of Bachchan sporting two watches throughout the movie considering his flamboyantly stylish character. Needless to say, Big B was more than happy to mix some of his own personal style with his on screen style and will be seen wearing two watches throughout the movie! Going by Bachchan’s larger than life persona, we think he is one of the few people who can carry such a quirky style with such elan! ‘Bbuddah’ will see AB return as the ‘angry old man’ in a role that the audiences have longing to see him in since ages! The movie hits theatres on 1st July.

Amitabh rocks. He is the best. Filmychica, Amitabh doesn't need to make a statement, he is a statement himself. He is bigger than all the Khans put together and SRK cant even come close to him despite the age difference. Who cares about trend in Hollywood as most of their styles are stolen from India. They steal from India, spend some money promoting it and claim they invented it. Thats what Americans are, thieves. So please dont give us the crap about hollywood, they cant come close to India in any way.

@Filmichica you don't have to go about calling somone lame because u think something has been done before as I said he has started wearing two watches years ago, so he's not trying to act like he's started a new trend now. And yes I do think you don't like him because your comment spells a lot of negativity,and yes u are well entitled to your opinion- if you didn't like it that's all u had to say not go on about how ladies u know who have been doing it for years and calling him pathetic and attention seeking that's just plain uncalled for!
And u don't have any right to pick on me being an AB fan,so what if I called u out on those remarks any fan would if someone made such an uncalled for comment on their favourite and what's with the use of all the capital letters, can't u get your point through otherwise,lol!

Ok some of this style is questionable, but I guess it suits his character. But one thing for sure. He absofuckinglutely rocks!

At KWK amitabh bachan had said that the good thing about being a star is that even when you wear something not worthy (i don't remember the exact words, so pardon me for that) people are going to appreciate and follow. i guess this is one of them where people would follow or appreciate just becoz amitabh has done it. what is it called, sheer stupidity, blind love or unconditional favour ism?
Its somthing that teengers might to coz they like to be different to normal..but that usually doesnt last long..wyhn is this old man wearing 2 watches? Do they show 2 different time zones ?

Filmychica it seems like u just don't like AB, and FYI its not like he's just discovered this trend now, he's been wearing two watches in real life for years now, he's done it a long time ago too, its just that they are using it in the film now! Oh and he doesn't need to make a attempts to get attention he gets plenty of that without doing anything! And he has been a trend setter for years anything he does becomes a trend!

haha... so lame. FYI: wearing two watches has ALREADY BEEN in FASHION at least here in the WEST!!! teenage girls to ladies in 20's do it too (if not older). So if AB thinks he just started a trend... and bollywood ppl are going to start following ''his style'' now, it's UBER LAME!!! :( I admire the man but i feel a hint of pathetic attempt for attention here and his pr has worked quite hard to figure things out!
