I always thought she was pretty cute she is sweet .... but yeah the nose job it's obvious because she is standing with Twinkle in the last picture who always had a pretty slender, slim nose and Preity nose looks huge but just a few weeks ago at some recent event when they're seen together again Preity's nose looks even slimmer than Twinkles now and I think she has had more than one because her nose was still sort of square until a few years and now it's even more skinner.
