Sonakshi is a brilliant actress - Anushka Sharma
The media keeps pitting them against each other but in a recent interview, Anushka Sharma was all praises for the 1 film old Sonakshi Sinha. In her own words to PTI "Sonakshi is a brilliant actress and she`s just a film old in the industry. I wish her a lot of success," she said. "Ranveer is a very good co-actor and I have a lot of respect for him. But he`s impulsive at times. That`s why I once said that he can`t be taken seriously and media took it in another way. He says something one day, and something else the next," Anushka clarified.

what Anushka meant to say was, sonakshi was a brilliant actress in Dabaang for 25mins. But "I clearly was awarded the Best Actress by Iffa"!!! Anushka does know how to act. Lot better than Deepika & Sonakshi

come on, Sonakshi had like a 5-minute role in one of the biggest hits last year. Anushka was the lead in one of the biggest hits last year...Anushka clearly is the better one here...
Sonakshi is a star kid who would'nt have got a foot in the industry but for her father. Brilliant actress? She had one single sodden expression in Dabangg. Even her look in photoshoots are the same. Anushka has proved her versatility with Band Baaja Baarat.

Too early to comment on acting,but Sonakshi has the star quality which Anushka lacks.
So now she is praising Sonakshi, a little exagerration there. And putting Ranveer down? Ranveer, on his part has always said something positive about Anushka everytime. Reminding me of Deepika and Ranbir. What's with women?

That's the way to go, Anushka. Stay diplomatic at all times. Not everyone can afford to be Kareena Kapoor who runs her mouth at every opportunity. This is exactly how she should behave. Good for you, Anushka!

Anushka has such a wide face but looks petite next to bulky Sonakshi.
Anyway Anushka may have a protegee since she has an extra film in comparison, but I don't think that qualifies her to identify brilliance.
I thought Sonakshi was fantastic in Dabangg as well. She may not have substantial air time in Dabangg, but whatever time she had, she was great and created an impact in the film. I loveee Rajjo, and I like the stillness and depth that a young girl like Sonakshi brings to the character. She has lots of potential, good luck to her.

Yeah whatever, we're still waiting to see Sonakshi's so-called acting skills, 10-15 minutes screen time in a prop role doesn't really tell us much! Anyway these media people need to give the whole Anushka/Ranbir/Sonakshi thing a rest, it's really boring.
