Not really :S I find stubbles hot. But then again, on guys that can't pull it off, it just looks really unkempt.
If you are a guy and can pull off the stubble look, then it can be a real turn on- scratchy or not.

Tom Cruise is an example of someone who's better off shaving. He looks insane with stubble.
Matt Fox, Hrithik Roshan, Kunal Kohli, Jamie Denton (mike delfino from desperate housewives) on the other hand look so sexy with a stubble.
