Suzanne wore this fringe dress by the designer Rajat Tangri in Vogue India’s Aug issue. Bipasha was recently spotted wearing the same dress at an event for Pantene. So who wore it better? I'll go with Bipasha. What about you?

cant decide but because Suzanne is whiter I will go with Suzanne, lighter fairer skin is always better and more beautiful

I can't believe I am going to say this.. but I actually like Suzzane in this dress better! I think the only thing I don't like about Bipasha's ensemble is actually her hair.. it doesn't suit the dress..

this color really does wonders to brown skin however Bipasha managed to killed the dress with really bad styling. in comparison Suzy looks good. but that ghost like skin and droopy eyes does not help.

The problem is Suzanne looks physically wasted...her arms are too thin -- not toned like Bipasha's.

My vote is definitely for Bips; but that hairstyle is not complementing her dress. If the hairstyle was something better, it would made Bips appear sexier :)
