The sari/lehenga hybrid looks better from the distance than it does up close but she looks good. The look is very young and fresh and it suits her frame. To those worried about what she is doing there, shes worked in South Indian films before and she is female lead in the Rana if I'm not mistaken.
for those who keep asking what she's doing there, well, she is working in a tamil films with rajnikanth. and has done a kannada film too...its not uncommon to see a few bollywood actors gracing the south indian ceremonies actually. i remember katrina kaif, aishwarya, abhishek, amitabh being there once too...

Its Indian English, in India they tend to use the present progressive tense rather than the present tense.
