In one part of the film he plays a sassy woman trying to seduce the uber cool Sanjay Dutt. Since it would have been difficult to pull of this seductress act with a macho body, director Indra Kumar and Ashish decided to tone down his body and look more womanly. The results are for all to see. By the way, it's good to see Ashish slowly recover from the tragedy that hit his family during the sad events of 26/11 in Mumbai.

Men who dress as women are not necessarily gay. You sound ignorant when you jump to the conclusion that feminine men are necessarily gay.
Think about this logic -
Gay men are interested in other men sexually. They are interested in masculinity in another man.
You are implying that men who dress as women (ie. crossdressers) are interested in attracting other men for sex.
What man would be interested in another man for sex? Gay men. Right?
However, if another man is gay, why would he be interested in a crossdresser? A crossdresser is feminine. A gay man is looking for a man for sex. Why would a gay man be interested in a crossdresser?
Put simply, crossdressers can be gay or straight. Crossdressing is gender expression, not sexual identity. Gender and sex are not the same thing.
Gay men are gay.
Some men can be bisexual - interested in both men and women for sex.
Crossdressing has nothing to do with it, except for fetishist crossdressers who supposedly get pleasure by crossdressing and typically restrict it to their bedroom. They get pleasure from crossdressing and immediately change back to their male clothing. This Ashish does not seem like a fetishist. He could be transgender, but that is not the same as gay.
