Ek Tha Tiger brings 1.5 million Euros to the Irish economy
Irish press covered Ek Tha Tiger and in the news report they mentioned that 5 weeks of ETT's shooting brought 1.5 million Euros to the economy and 1000 short term jobs. Thats mighty impressive.

I remember how films in India shot in Kashmir locales. Too bad terrorism drove away the revenue the Indian state of Kashmir enjoyed with this. Whether it was Hindi or movies from the south, Kashmir was a favorite shooting destination. Now the other countries stand to gain, and they are grateful about it. I am old enough to remember how Kashmiris resented this...my heart goes out to them as they drove away something wonderful for the ugliness of a proxy war fought on the pretext of their freedom.
"yes, Ireland is the country that needs the money and a job not India!
I think I need to boycott the movie just on this basis"- Annoymous
Stop being jealous, these countries also sell Salman khan movies so bollywood/India does make money from them and way more than they're spending. they did use Ireland's beautiful landscapes to shoot the songs and those irish people worked for it. so STOP being jealous idiot, and appreciate! its a win-win situation for both countries.

KATRINA ROCKZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ THE FILM WILL AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEE
love you brad pitt of bollywood!!!
NO WONDER I CALL HIM BRAD PITT OF BOLLYWOOD!!!
@green
how the hell is that the power of salman....any big budget movie shooting overseas will hire people from that place or city thus creating jobs and revenue for the country....even if they take some newcomer in a big budget yash chopra film, it will still generate the same money coz of the need for staff and people in the film....it has nothing to do with who is in the movie....
yes, Ireland is the country that needs the money and a job not India!
I think I need to boycott the movie just on this basis.
That's the power of Salman Khan and Indian cinema!
