@Anon: This is a subscriber cover.Lot of Elle subscribers including me got it.Even in that Jen cover there is no date.They have 5 covergirls for the month of Nov and freida is one of them.Its still a great honour for any young actress(that too a minority) to be on the cover of such a popular Magazine

Umm there are plenty of not-so-famous actress that make these covers. Don't be such a slave-fan girl. Being on Elle is great but what about Vouge or Vanity fair . Those are more prestigious covers for any actress and they have put on newcomers. And you're point is flawed,there are many people who don't know who Freida Pinto is , even after wathcing SDM. Just because she gets on these covers it doesn't make her famous niether could it help her in the long run. Angelina Jolie doesn't really go on magazine covers much , and she is really big and famous all over the world.

Sorry to disappoint everyone but Freida is NOT on the cover of Elle US for November 2011. Jennifer Aniston is on the actual cover. If you don't believe me then just google "Elle US November 2011". I live in Canada and all of the "Elle US November 2011" magazines I have seen so far in stores have Jennifer Aniston on their cover. Even on Elle's official website (http://www.elle.com/), it's Jennifer on the cover. Anyways, it's quite obvious just by looking at the picture above that it is not an actual cover. There is no date or any other text.
I'm no Freida Pinto hater. In fact, I really like her and I wanted to buy the magazine just for her. But I wanted to point out what's true since people are fighting for no reason here.

Trisna is an art film and do you know how prestigious it is for a flim to be selected at premier film festivals like TIFF, Cannes, Venice, Berlin, Busan etc? Thousands of films are submiteed and only a small number gets selected for the festivals. Freida haters keep showing what idiots they are.
