Freida Pinto & Dev Patel at the Premiere of Miral at the Toronto International Film Festival. I'm so glad to see Freida back on the red carpet! She is in Chanel.

Tue, 2010-09-14 19:21 — Anonymous -> this dress doesn't look fusion, you're right.
but it's shapeless and can make anyone look boxy.
fyi: Freida is not petitie or short.. she's 5 feet 6 or 7 inches with no heels-- the standard Indian model height.
Something about this dress is off-putting. Don't know if it is the length or just the overall flared silhouette. The colour does look lovely on her, but I think the fuschia print appearance is far, far better.
WTF!! this dress is hideous
something's odd about this dress. the neckline, the length.
the ugly dress ruined the look. her face looks gorg as usual.
read in an Indian paper today about how Indian designers are not liking the 'fusion' gown Freida's wearing. Excuse me? Just coz it's got pleats on the shoulder and hangs from the side doesn't mean it's 'inspired' by a Saree!
that apart, i feel she's too short to carry this dress off
Freida is LOVELY !!!! she glows near Dev...
She has the most gorgeous face, but I think she should have gone with a "younger" looking dress. Her style is a bit too old looking for someone who looks as young as her.
Omigoshness she looks divine !! SO beautiful !!
The color of the gown is so flattering her! But it's too short, so doesn't look as good.
to the person below: if u find her annoying ..den stop viewing and commenting on her pictures...go and do some productive work that u may find to please u!
anyways...she looks gorgeous as always....bollywood needs to stop criticizing her and shouls feel proud that she is representing India in a good way!
wow love her skin! is flawless and soft looking unlike me i've got pimples :((
Ugghhh she's so annoying.
To say Freida is average looking is insane. She is amazingly beautiful and radiant! I love the upper part of the dress - this season a lot of emphasis seems to be on the shoulders - and the color but I am not sure of the bottom half and the unfinished hem. My philosophy is you go either short or long on the red carpet. Ankle length is not the most flattering and doesn't photograph well. I love the gold accessories and the way she kept her make up subtle. Look at the luminous smile. She was born to be onscreen.
