Hema Malini at North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja
The evening of Saptami (21st Oct) saw an extravagant bharatnatyam act by Hema Malini which entertained awe struck audience. Rupali Ganguly, Alka Yagnik were present at the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja to seek blessings of Maa Durga on Novomi (23rd Oct). Ram Mukherjee (Rani Mukherjee’s father) was offering his heartfelt prayers to Durga Maa in a joyous celebration.

She reflects her strong work principles in what she undertakes. Esha's wedding was so well planned and executed. All those who attended seemed to carry back the goodwill and giving that Hema in her years of dedicated work ethic shown. Everything she does is a full hearted plunge. God bless her!

She's a true artist. What an awesome woman. When other Bollywood ladies are decked from head to toe in hipster designer clothes, blinged out to the max, botoxed addicted.........Hema Malini is truelly the liberated woman. What strength, what grace. it comes from her dedication to her dance....to her art......ultimately to her spirituality. What an inspiration. And she has passed it on to her daughters. I hope they don't waste it and value the precious gift their mother has given them. The gift of an inner life thru art ......classical dance .....which is ultimately spiritual grace......and pass it on to the next generation. Thank you, Hema for being a true goddess.

I have great admiration for Hema. Seeing her being so active conducting her affairs so independently and so consistently, one forgets her age of Hema. She goes to prove that age is only a number, look how lovely and graceful she is in these pictures!!She is the proverbial Dream Girl/Woman indeed.
Oh my God! I used attend dance class with the man that is playing the part of Lord Siva way back in 1981 when I was 9 at the Kuchipudi Art Academy in Madras. That is Madhavapeddi Murthy and he is probably one of the best Kuchipudi dancers in the ever. He also danced as Lord Siva between each scene in Hema Malini's biopic serial "Noopur." He was born to play the role of Lord Siva!
