Well that thumb is going to sell anything. Why would they have it in the picture? It's fine that he chooses to keep it, however it looks gross, and the whole point of this is to make people buy what your selling, not have nightmares!
this is actually amazing, like a small thing like his thumb being so bold in the pictures shows that no one should ever be ashamed of their body and be happy with who they are.
