Kalki is born of French parent but Indian. This look is Indian inspired and is very fetching. Kalki is not beautiful but she has enough nous to carve out a unique niche for herself in a very competitive industry and she is in the top bracket thanks to smart role choices like in ZNMD

"Kalki is effortlessly stylish, thanks to the French gene. Gorgeous."
What nonsense. Listen to her speak in interviews, she's sounds like a TYPICAL INDIAN in her attitude and mannerisms.

Fri, 2012-05-25 09:16 — Anonymous...Agree with you - though I have no problem with "strange looking" performers if they could at least do the basic skill i.e. ACTING. Kalki is always so awkward and her acting is really inadequate - I know she's aiming for natural but it just comes across unsure. The ebst thing that happened to he ris Anurag, courtesy whom she is able to get movies, go to Cannes etc.

Only in Bollywood could such a strange looking actress making a career, sorry.

I love Kalki's quirky fashion sense. Don't understand why people go gaga over Sonam. Kalki, Kangana, and Diya are 10x better!

Kalki's ensemble is awesome. It's inspired from both Indian and Western designs. I'm not a fan of the head piece but the rest is good.
