perhaps you are no aware of the fact that Kangana had to gain some weight for this film....she told in an interview last year...she might have lost it now

Just for that reason alone, the Roshans go down one point in my books.
I don't see any other link to Match Point apart from the fact that Hrithik falls in love with Kangana's brother's fiancee (Barbara)....In Match Point it was more like attraction between Scarlett Johnson and Jonathan Rhys Meyers.....but in Kites Hrithik and Barbara's characters look like they are truly in love

May be this movie is based on 'Match Point', may be not. But looking at the bed and headboard in the last pic instantly reminded me of Nola's (ScarJo's) apartment in London. Nola had a similar bed and headboard filled with books and candle etc.
Yes, I am detail oriented and I like Match Point, hence I remember pretty mush everything about that movie.
