i was watching ASOKA the other day, what i realised was that normally people get better with time and experience but its the other way around with Kareena, she was so great in ASOKA and other earlier films. But with time she got caught up in LOOKS and glamour only. And entered the RAT-Race for being number 1. Instead of polishing her acting talent, she only polished her appearance. She had the potential and energy but she wasted it. Now looks like an aunty way before her age. And she could have done way better roles than BODYGUARD and RA.ONE... now she has only become a side-dish in films... Instead of doing proper roles based on her character, she is banking on her HEROES. Pathetic.
Ofcourse she looks great but why deny a truth that the arms don't look toned and do look flabby and detract from the rest of the look and especially if the film is about a glam "heroine", we don't expect something like this. A fact is a fact right? Kareena has always had thick upper arms. Maybe it's just the way it is no matter how much she exercises them. No denying she is a powerful and beautiful actress and so fans don't need to take it so personally. The upper arms do need to thin down for a proper toned look. Else, just cover them.
is this a part of the movie where she has to look older than arjun? because she is.

if you dont like her face dont call her masculine,its you personal choice dont try to imply as if your opinion is the standard...when it comes to beauty I dont like kareena much but i dont say she looks masculine in any way..she has a western face cut unlike Indian women who normally have small round chubby face and that is not considered pretty in west...every woman abroad has and prominent face structure like kareena so are you suggesting that all of them look masculine???
