Kareena Kapoor - HYPOCRITE? Or just jealous? Or both?
Just a few days ago, Kareena's exact words - “Awards doesn’t matter much to me. Lot of award functions requested me to attend them but I chose to go to Switzerland because that’s the only time in the year that I get to spend with my family and loved ones,” Kareena told reporters after the launch of her dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s book. Cut to 2008, when Kareena was winning awards for her film 'Jab We Met', in an interview to Filmfare, she said this - "It's absolute rot when people say awards don't make a difference. Believe me they do. And I hope to win many many more." Hypocrisy. Hold on, there's more! When asked if the awards are rigged, she says - "I am not sure but it seems so. The names of those who don't attend are never declared at these ceremonies." Those who don't deserve often get the awards and those who do deserve them end up enjoying pizzas at home." If she thought awards are rigged, why did she attend so many of them in the past? And even performed in a few of them! I'm not commenting on whether awards are rigged or not - All I'm saying is, these awards have always been this way. If they are really rigged according to her, I'm surprised how it didn't stop her from receiving awards previously and how she felt this way only this year and stopped attending awards. Aishwarya and Vidya are the top most contenders for 'Best actress' this year. Both have been winning many awards too. Coming to Kareena, two of her films bombed at the box office last year (Milenge Milenge and We are family). Her only superhit was Golmaal 3 but no-one was exactly raving about her act in the multistarrer film. So naturally her chances of winning the award are bleak. Forget winning, she did not even get nominations at a few award functions. So do you think she is jealous that the two are walking away with top honours and she is left with nothing? If not, then what? Please share your views.

She looks so much fresher , prettier and younger with no make up or minimal makeup.
Make up makes her close set eyes even closer , nose too long and beaky. She also needs wear her hair framing her face in soft waves. Big hair makes her masculine jaws look even wider.
She has great glowing skin and I am not saying this because she's fair. Hrithik's wife is fair but I don't like her skin because it looks pale and blotchy. Kareena's is milky white and smooth. I love all skin colors as long as they are porecelin smooth.

lol, she's such a hypocrite. i thought she was straightforward or honest but now i guess she just another jealous actress who's also a loudmouth. at least kat and aish have more class than her. i am sure aishwarya will win filmfare this year, vidya was good in ishqiya but aish's performance was phenomenal.
To some extent, I agree with Kareena. Although I think Vidya did a great job and deserves the awards. The Bachans, dear god I think awards are "created" for them simply because they are "A" listers. Shame.

I never ever thought Ash was a talented actress, her face is gorgeous though. I stopped watching Ash's movie long time back because I cannot connect her acting to the script and the expectations, and sort of gets embarrassing. so I really can't comment her in guzaarish.. Kareena is better than Ash in terms of acting, but I wouldn't say brilliant.
Maybe NOW she has realized the award systems and how it functions, change of opinion maybe, more aware... If she again praises about the awards and how it matters, then I would say she is a hypocrite.
Vidya , Kangana, Tabu, Rani and now slowly Priyanka are the ones who can actually act and add glamour in bollywood. Noone can beat Konkona's flawless and natural acting - just a bit glamour missing... Best of both worlds, go ladies!!!
Why should people care what actors say to get publicity?
Ash deserved it for Guru more than Kareena's OTT Jab We Met. Did Ash speak a word against the award system? And now Kareena's comparing her Golmaal performance to Ash's Guzaarish? LMAO!
It's simple. Either you give respect to awards and receive them, like Ash. Or you don't give respect and don't receive them, like Aamir.
I don't get Kareena. She's like - It's totally right when I get awards but completely unfair when others get awards. WTF! Get a life, pathetic woman.

seriously ..i love her so much and perhaps one of her biggest fans but i know after watching KWK and this interview that sh surely does not know how to speak and what to speak. Firstly the filmfare comment that's been quoted was frm 2000 where she had won the best debut..her first award, not in 2008 as stated here. Things have changed drastically since then. Absurd categories r being created to please stars. 3 to 4 actresses r being honored at each of these awards. Every star must be feeling the same. She's just voiced it. She didn't say awards don't matter at all. she said they just don't matter as much as the hype around them. I don't think she was referring to either vidya or ash here. She must be refering to the katrinas ( got screen award) and deepikas( got zee award) of the world.
dis year vidya was brilliant n even last year she was good in paa........she never performed on stage but she did get award........long before der was a time during fanaa kajol sint attend filmfare award but she was given d award so its stupid to say all dis

Kat, though has ZERO TALENT, is so much better than these two in these matters. When she knows that she's not better than others she accepts it. At least she's not foolish like Kareena to say she's the best. Though I'm not a fan of Aishwarya's, she is so classy when it comes to these things.
