Kareena Kapoor endorses the Jealous 21 collection to promote Heroine. Heroine is an upcoming film directed, co-written and co-produced by Madhur Bhandarkar. Revolving around the life of a once successful film actress, Mahi Arora, whose career is on the decline, the film features Kareena Kapoor as the protagonist. Heroine is scheduled to release on 21 September 2012.

Oh my..., after chopping all various parts of her face and body, the next thing this lady will do is to cut of the top of her maasi to get a "trumpet" nose. She is so obsessed with looking European!
I feel so sorry for her for not maturing up despite being a 30-something. I even feel sorrier for the people and the so called "fans" (half of them being insecure brainwashed 13-16 years old) who keep pushing her the surgeon way by praising her surrealistically reconstructed face and figure.
Just one thing to say Mrs Kapoor-Khan-whatever: If you were born un-pretty, you needed to work from the inside, not chop off your face to please other. In the end, your real face will reappear to all of your "fans" by the time you are 42: so what's the point trying to cover it up?
It seems that having disasters like MJ, Sridevi, Rekha or R. Sawant did not teach you a lesson. Just wait, and time will teach you the hardest possible way...

She's never had cheek implants,what utter rubbish things to say!!!!She has always had well defined high cheekbones and an angular face even 10yrs back.And BTW if there's any actress in Bollywood today who has not done plastic surgery its Kareena.Haters are always so jealous of her success.That said don't like her styling & makeup here. Her hair is spot on,but racoon eyes and too much makeup don't suit her.She looks better with less makeup on.Thumbs down:(

LOL..google old pic and check by yourself..she had defined jawline and her face is anguler but she never had nice cheekbones.Earlier her face was covered with babyfat like pretty zinta.She and Pretty both had cheek implant and removed baby fat to have a mature look..karisma also has cheek implant.Kapoor girls are blessed with nice skin, nice hair,gorge eyes and great acting talent but they were never blessed with delicate sharp facial structure.I love her work and not a hater but truth is what truth.Its no big deal she tried with implant but it didnt paid her well.

I don't get why people say she had cheek implants? She always had defined cheek bones . All you have to do is google old pictures of hers. Anyways I am not a fan of this look because Kareena looks better with less makeup!
